Teacher Trustee Committee. The Teacher Trustee Committee shall act as a liaison between the teachers and the Board. The Committee shall consult about issues related to the workplace which affect the parties or any employee bound by the Collective Agreement, including issues related to the Collective Agreement. Matters under grievance shall not be discussed by the Committee. The Committee shall meet in October, January, April, and June of each school year.

Teacher Trustee Committee. (1) A Teacher-Trustee Committee shall continue to function. It shall consist of (3) three Teacher representatives, two (2) Trustees and one (1) appointed Board representative. This committee shall determine its own procedure and discuss items of common concern to the Teachers and Trustees relating to our school system as a whole. Its findings shall be sent to the Board and the President of the Elementary Teachers’ Local Bargaining Unit.

  • Union-Management Committee There shall be a union/management committee comprised of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the Union and four (4) employer representatives. The Committee's purpose is to provide and promote effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make joint recommendations on matters of concern. Matters that are properly the subject of an individual grievance will not be discussed at this committee. The Committee will meet quarterly, unless agreed otherwise, at a time and place mutually agreed to provided there is business for their joint consideration. The parties will exchange agenda items at least one (1) week prior to the meeting. The parties further agree the Committee may meet at any time its members mutually agree a meeting should be held. The duties of the Chairperson will be shared by the parties. Copies of the minutes shall be provided to Committee members. The employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representatives of the union attending such meetings. The parties may utilize video or teleconferencing services for the purposes of committee members attending committee meetings, where appropriate and available. Neither party can unreasonably deny an initiative to utilize video or teleconferencing services.

  • Union Grievance Committee (a) The Employer shall recognize a Union Grievance Committee which consists of:

  • Benefits Committee As per LOA#10, a benefits committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, shall convene upon request to address all matters that may arise in the operation of the OSSTF ELHT.

  • Administrator Duties The Administrator has a duty to perform or observe all tasks to be performed or observed by the Administrator contained in this Agreement or otherwise.

  • ADMINISTRATOR 20 9. Provide written notice of termination of services to each Client being served under this 21 Agreement, within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of termination notice. A copy of the notice of 22 termination of services must also be provided to ADMINISTRATOR within the fifteen (15) calendars 23 day period.
