TEACHERS TEACHING ON CALL, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. C.16.1 a. The Board shall maintain an on-call list of teachers holding valid B.C. Teacher Certificates, who have applied to have their names placed on the list for the current school year, and who have been approved for such inclusion by the Superintendent or designate.
