Common use of Teaching Assistants Clause in Contracts

Teaching Assistants. A. Professional Staff members who are assigned as teaching assistants to supervise supplemental instructional activities shall not be assigned more than 21 hours of such activities within a normal workweek of 35 hours within a five-day period. Supplemental instructional activities are any activities outside of the lecture component.
