The values expressed include the preparation amount, 0.17 base units (value $159 May 1, 2010 to April 30, 2011; $159 May 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012; $162 May 1, 2012 to April 30, 2013; $165 May 1, 2013 to April 30, 2014), and the initial and ongoing preparation time.
