Teaching Load. In addition to the Clinical Work Load, Clinical Pharmacy faculty members are expected to teach two (2) semester hours of credit each semester. For classes scheduled to commence during the standard workday, the clinical faculty member shall be compensated for those semester hours of credit taught in excess of two as overtime on the basis of 1/36th per credit hour. For teaching classes commencing after the standard workday (classes commencing at or after 4 p.m.) the clinical faculty member shall be compensated for each semester hour of credit taught as overtime on the basis of l/36th per semester hour of credit.
