TECHNICAL ASSEMBLY. 1. Technical Assembly Team Member * Prior Experience Required ** Prior Experience Required and Skilled Position All Skilled Positions have been assigned the responsible department and are denoted by two asterisks (**) after the position title. The job titles are agreed upon for Skilled Position Groupings for the purpose of exercising seniority rights. All Skilled Positions shall be furnished with basic perishable tools necessary to perform their basic jobs. All tools purchased by the Company shall be considered the property of the Company. Management reserves the right to combine classifications when necessitated due to changing workloads, and will notify the union prior to any change. In the establishment of new and/or changed job classifications, the subsequent rates will be mutually agreed upon with the Union.

  • General Assembly In addition to the rules described in Section 6.2, the following rules apply:

  • TECHNICAL TASKS Products that require a draft version are indicated by marking “(draft and final)” after the product name in the “Products” section of the task/subtask. If “(draft and final)” does not appear after the product name, only a final version of the product is required. Subtask 1.1 (Products) describes the procedure for submitting products to the CAM.

  • Assembly (1)(a) The Contracting Parties shall have an Assembly.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • FABRICATION Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order.

  • Technical Specification As enumerated in Special Conditions of Contract/Scope of Work/attached Drawing/ Details/Schedule of Rates.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.

  • Technical Bulletins A Technical Bulletin (TB) will be used to explain updated processes, provisions or monitoring requirements as Florida Housing receives updates, clarification and additional guidance with respect to the CRF funds. TBs will also be used to clarify, discuss, interpret, and provide guidance for contract administration issues related to this Agreement. TBs will be posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/about-florida-housing/florida- housing's-coronavirus-relief-fund, and Grantee is encouraged to regularly check for TBs.
