TECHNICAL RATING Sample Clauses

TECHNICAL RATING. I.3.1 The Technical Rating Scale is as follows: 0 Unacceptable Fails to meet minimum requirements; e.g., no demonstrated capacity, major deficiencies which are not correctable; offeror did not address the factor. 1 Poor Marginally meets minimum requirements; major deficiencies which may be correctable. 2 Minimally Acceptable Marginally meets minimum requirements; minor deficiencies which may be correctable.
TECHNICAL RATINGThe Vessel will receive a technical rating based on the cumulative sum of the characteristics set out in Annex 1 hereto. The Pool Committee may, with majority vote, adjust or amend the criteria and/or technical rating points for determining a vessel’s technical rating. Compensation for scrubber and non-scrubber vessels respectively shall be calculated in accordance with the Scrubber Formula set out in Annex 2 hereto. The Pool Committee may, with majority vote amend the Scrubber Formula when necessary.
TECHNICAL RATING. The following combined technical ratings include consideration of aspects of the offeror’s proposal that meet or do not meet the government’s minimum requirements. Table 1: Ratings
TECHNICAL RATING. The following will be used for the Factor 1 Technical Capability evaluation.
TECHNICAL RATINGThe technical rating evaluates the quality of the offeror’s technical solution for meeting the Government’s requirement. Each Technical subfactor identified above will receive one of the color ratings described in the DoD Source Selection Procedures excerpted below, which focuses on the strengths and deficiencies of the offeror's proposal. The color rating depicts how well the offeror’s proposal meets the Technical subfactor requirements. Subfactor ratings shall not be rolled up into an overall color rating for the Technical factor. In arriving at a best value decision, the Government reserves the right to give positive consideration for performance in excess of threshold requirements. Color Rating Adjectival Rating Description Blue Outstanding Proposal indicates an exceptional approach and understanding of the requirements and contains multiple strengths. Purple Good Proposal indicates a thorough approach and understanding of the requirements and contains at least one strength. Green Acceptable Proposal indicates an adequate approach and understanding of the requirements. Yellow Marginal Proposal has not demonstrated an adequate approach and understanding of the requirements. Red Unacceptable Proposal does not meet requirements of the solicitation and, thus, contains one or more deficiencies and is unawardable.

  • No Ratings There are no debt securities or preferred stock issued or guaranteed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries that are rated by a “nationally recognized statistical rating organization”, as such term is defined in Section 3(a)(62) of the Exchange Act.

  • Ratings No “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” as such term is defined for purposes of Rule 436(g)(2) (i) has imposed (or has informed the Company that it is considering imposing) any condition (financial or otherwise) on the Company’s retaining any rating assigned to the Company or any securities of the Company or (ii) has indicated to the Company that it is considering any of the actions described in Section 7(c)(ii) hereof.

  • Debt Rating The Liquidity Provider has a short-term debt ratings of “P-1” from Xxxxx’x and “F1+” from Fitch.

  • Rating The Notes can be issued without the requirement that they have any rating from a nationally recognized statistical rating organization.

  • Credit Rating With respect to the Competitive Supplier or Competitive Supplier’s Guarantor, its senior unsecured, unsubordinated long-term debt rating, not supported by third party credit enhancement, and if such debt is no longer rated, then the corporate or long-term issuer rating of Competitive Supplier or Competitive Supplier’s Guarantor.

  • Debt Ratings Prompt notice of any change in its Debt Ratings.

  • Notice to Rating Agencies (a) The Trustee shall use its best efforts promptly to provide notice to each Rating Agency with respect to each of the following of which it has actual knowledge: (i) any change or amendment to this Trust Agreement; (ii) the resignation or termination of the Trustee; (iii) the final payment to Holders of the Certificates of any Class; (iv) any change in the location of the Certificate Account; and (v) any event that would result in the inability of the Trustee to make Advances. (b) In addition, the Trustee shall promptly furnish to each Rating Agency copies of each report to Certificateholders described in Section 4.03. (c) Any such notice pursuant to this Section 11.05 shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given if personally delivered or mailed by first class mail, postage prepaid, or by express delivery service to each Rating Agency at the address specified below or in the applicable Supplement.
