– Technological Change Process. If the technological change referred to in 15.01 is likely to affect the terms and conditions of employment of a significant number of employees to whom the Collective Agreement then in force applies, the Employer shall give thirty (30) working days’ written notice to the Union of its intention to introduce such change.   • TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE During the term of this Agreement any disputes arising in relation to adjustment to technological change shall be discussed between the Bargaining Representatives of the two parties to this Collective Agreement.

  • Technological Displacement The Employer agrees that, whenever possible, no employee shall lose employment because of technological change, utilizing normal turnover of staff to absorb such displaced employees. However, when necessary to reduce staff, it shall be done as outlined in Article 6.01.

  • Technology Discoveries, innovations, Know-How and inventions, whether patentable or not, including computer software, recognized under U.S. law as intellectual creations to which rights of ownership accrue, including, but not limited to, patents, trade secrets, maskworks and copyrights developed under this Agreement.
