Telephone & telecommunications. A telephone is not available on site. Should the Contractor require one, he is to make his own arrangements with the relevant authorities. Arrangements may be made with the Employers Representative to use telephones of the Station if they are available. Calls from these will be charged for at prevailing GPO rates. Should the Contractor wish to use radio communication equipment on site, he will make his own arrangements with the relevant authorities. In this case though, he is required to liase with the Head of Security at the Station to ensure that there is no interference with existing channels or equipment.

Telephone & telecommunications. The Authority shall have no obligation to provide telephone or data communication services to the Premises.
Telephone & telecommunications. In the event Workville provides the additional service of telephone or telecommunictaions services to its Member, Member acknowledges that due to the imperfect nature of verbal, written and electronic communications, neither Workville nor any of its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, partners, agents or representatives shall be responsible for damages, direct or consequential, that may result from the failure of Workville to furnish any telephone and/or telecommunications service.
Telephone & telecommunications. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that all telephone and telecommunications services, facilities and equipment (“Facilities”) desired by Tenant shall be ordered and utilized at the sole expense of Tenant. Unless Landlord otherwise requests or consents in writing, all Facilities shall be and remain solely in the Tenant’s Premises and the telephone closet(s) on the floor(s) on which the Tenant’s Premises is located, in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time. Unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing, Landlord shall have no responsibility for the maintenance of the Facilities, including wiring or for any wiring or other infrastructure to which the Facilities may be connected. Tenant agrees that, to the extent any such Facilities are interrupted, curtailed or discontinued, Landlord shall have no obligation or liability with respect thereto and it shall be the sole obligation of Tenant at its expense to obtain substitute “Facilities”. Landlord shall have the right, upon reasonable prior written notice to Tenant (except that no notice shall be required in the event of an emergency) to interrupt or turn off the Facilities in the event of emergency or as necessary in connection with repairs to the Premises. Any and all Facilities installed in the Premises by or on behalf of Tenant, including wiring, or other facilities for telecommunications transmittal, shall be removed prior to the expiration or earlier termination of the Term by Tenant at its sole cost or, at Landlord’s election, by Landlord at Tenant’s sole cost. Landlord shall have the right, upon prior written notice, to require Tenant to abandon and leave in place, without additional payment to Tenant or credit against Rent, any and all Facilities, or selected components thereof, whether located in or about the Premises. In the event that Tenant wishes at any time to utilize the services of a telephone or telecommunications provider whose equipment is not then servicing the Premises, no such provider shall be permitted to install its lines or other equipment within the Premises without first securing the prior written approval of the Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Landlord’s approval shall not be deemed any kind of warranty or representation by Landlord, including, without limitation, any warranty or representation as to the suitability, competence, or financial strength of the provider.   • TELEPHONE SERVICES All telegraph, telephone, and communication connections which Tenant may desire outside the Premises shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, in Landlord’s sole discretion, and the location of all wires and the work in connection therewith shall be performed by contractors approved by Landlord and shall be subject to the direction of Landlord, except that such approval is not required as to Tenant’s cabling from the Premises in a route designated by Landlord to any telephone cabinet or panel provided for Tenant’s connection to the telephone cable serving the Building, so long as Tenant’s equipment does not require connections different than or additional to those to the telephone cabinet or panel provided. As to any such connections or work outside the Premises requiring Landlord’s approval, Landlord reserves the right to designate and control the entity or entities providing telephone or other communication cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance outside the Premises and to restrict and control access to telephone cabinets or panels. In the event Landlord designates a particular vendor or vendors to provide such cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance for the Building, Tenant agrees to abide by and participate in such program. Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay all costs incurred in connection with the installation of telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises, including any hook-up, access and maintenance fees related to the installation of such wires and cables in the Premises and the commencement of service therein, and the maintenance thereafter of such wire and cables; and there shall be included in Operating Expenses for the Building all installation, removal, hook-up or maintenance costs incurred by Landlord in connection with telephone cables and communication wiring serving the Building which are not allocable to any individual users of such service but are allocable to the Building generally. If Tenant fails to maintain all telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises and such failure affects or interferes with the operation or maintenance of any other telephone cables or communication wiring serving the Building, Landlord or any vendor hired by Landlord may enter into and upon the Premises forthwith and perform such repairs, restorations or alterations as Landlord deems necessary in order to eliminate any such interference (and Landlord may recover from Tenant all of Landlord’s costs in connection therewith). No later than the Termination Date, Tenant agrees to remove all telephone cables and communication wiring installed by Tenant for and during Tenant’s occupancy, which Landlord shall request Tenant to remove. Tenant agrees that neither Landlord nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to Tenant, or any of Tenant’s employees, agents, customers or invitees or anyone claiming through, by or under Tenant, for any damages, injuries, losses, expenses, claims or causes of action because of any interruption, diminution, delay or discontinuance at any time for any reason in the furnishing of any telephone or other communication service to the Premises and the Building.
