Temporary Assignment to a Lower Rated Position. If an employee is temporarily assigned to a lower rated position, the employee shall incur no reduction to wages or benefits.

Temporary Assignment to a Lower Rated Position. If an employee is temporarily assigned to a lower paying position, the employee shall incur no reduction to wages of benefits for the first thirty (30) calendar days. After this period of time has passed, the employee will receive the salary and benefit which applies to the lower paying position.
