Temporary Authority Notes. The Authority Notes may be issued in temporary form exchangeable for definitive Authority Notes when ready for delivery. Any temporary Authority Note may be printed, lithographed or typewritten, shall be in an Authorized Denomination, shall be in fully registered form without coupons and may contain such reference to any of the provisions of this Indenture as may be appropriate. Every temporary Authority Note shall be executed by the Authority and be authenticated by the Trustee upon the same conditions and in substantially the same manner as the definitive Authority Notes. If the Authority issues temporary Authority Notes it will execute and deliver definitive Authority Notes as promptly thereafter as practicable, and thereupon the temporary Authority Notes may be surrendered, for cancellation, in exchange therefor at the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee and the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver in exchange for such temporary Authority Notes an equal aggregate principal amount of definitive Authority Notes in Authorized Denominations. Until so exchanged, the temporary Authority Notes shall be entitled to the same benefits under this Indenture as definitive Authority Notes authenticated and delivered hereunder.

  • Temporary Bonds Pending the preparation of any Definitive Bonds, the Issuer may execute and upon its written direction, the Indenture Trustee may authenticate and make available for delivery, temporary Bonds that are printed, lithographed, typewritten, photocopied or otherwise produced, in any denomination, substantially of the tenor of the Definitive Bonds in lieu of which they are issued and with such appropriate insertions, omissions, substitutions and other variations as the officers executing such Bonds may determine, as evidenced by their execution of such Bonds. If temporary Bonds are issued, the Issuer will cause Definitive Bonds to be prepared without unreasonable delay. After the preparation of the Definitive Bonds, the temporary Bonds shall be exchangeable for Definitive Bonds upon surrender of the temporary Bonds at the office of the Indenture Trustee located at 123 Washington Street, New York, Nex Xxxx 00000, xxxxxxx xxxxxx xx xxx Xxxxxx. Xxxn surrender for cancellation of any one or more temporary Bonds, the Issuer shall execute and the Indenture Trustee shall authenticate and make available for delivery, in exchange therefor, Definitive Bonds of authorized denominations and of like tenor, class and aggregate principal amount. Until so exchanged, such temporary Bonds shall in all respects be entitled to the same benefits under this Indenture as Definitive Bonds.

  • Temporary Promotion A. A regular, probationary or limited-term employee who is assigned on a temporary basis to a higher level vacant regular or limited-term position shall be promoted on a temporary basis to that class when such employee has been assigned to the higher class for one hundred twenty (120) consecutive regularly scheduled hours of work and the employee has been performing all of the significant duties and responsibilities of the higher class, unless the employee requests to be reassigned to his or her former class. At any time before the temporary promotion is made, such employee may request to be reassigned to his or her former class. In such a case, the employee shall be reassigned within five (5) working days.
