TEMPORARY DISCONTINUANCE. If, due to circumstances beyond the control of the City, the capacity of the Public Water Supply System becomes temporarily inadequate to meet demands for short periods of time, then the City may impose restrictions on water use and the Township(s) shall impose and enforce like restrictions on Water Customers.
