Temporary Discounts. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, commencing on September 29, 2019, the following temporary discounts shall apply to compensation due and owing by Tenant to City under Section 5.6.2.
Temporary Discounts. Google may provide temporary discounts off the List Prices from time to time at its sole discretion. If Google elects to provide such discounts, the Standard Revenue Split for Purchases paid to the Registry for the benefit of the Rightsholders will be based on the List Prices, unless otherwise set forth in this Section 4.5(b) (Discounting, Special Offers and Subsidies) or unless otherwise agreed by Google and the Registry.
