Common use of Temporary Help Clause in Contracts

Temporary Help. (a) The Employer agrees that no regular employee shall be replaced on a permanent basis by any non-bargaining unit person. This will not prohibit the Board from hiring temporary persons to cover leaves of absence, sickness or peak load conditions. (b) The Employer shall not have bargaining unit employees' work done by unpaid volunteers.
