Common use of Temporary Layoffs or Work Stoppages Clause in Contracts

Temporary Layoffs or Work Stoppages. (i) This Article 14 does not apply to temporary layoffs, or work stoppages of three (3) working days or less, resulting from inclement weather or other causes reasonably beyond the control of the Employer.
