Hours Between Shifts. There shall be sixteen (16) hours between regularly scheduled shifts unless mutually agreed upon otherwise.

Otherwise, time and one-half will be paid for all hours worked within the twelve (12) hour period. By written agreement, employees may waive the twelve (12) hour requirement.
