Such notice may be made orally. In case of an emergency, the vendor will move immediately upon oral notice from any City of Burlington representative.

Temporary Location. The Charter School shall be approved to open in a temporary facility effective immediately following signature of this Agreement by the Governing Board and the Authorizer.
