Temporary Part-Time (SI1) Jury Leave. Unit employees who are assigned a regular weekly schedule throughout the years may request to reschedule a maximum of twenty hours of their assigned work schedule that occurs during the term of any incident of mandatory jury duty. The City will make a good faith effort to reschedule the lost hours. However, in cases deemed necessary by the City, the employee may be required to request a deferral of jury duty to a later date.
