Temporary Right of Entry Coordination. Prior to construction, the ENGINEER shall prepare property notification map based on current appraisal district data identifying all impacted landowners Prior to construction, so that City staff may prepare, mail and obtain Temporary Right of Entries from landowners. It is assumed that letters will only be required for land owners adjacent to temporary construction easements or who are directly affected by the project and no easement is required to enter their property.  The documentation shall be provided in conformance with the checklists and templates. ASSUMPTIONS  Right-of-Way research includes review of property/right-of-way records based on current internet based Tarrant Appraisal District (TAD) information available at the start of the project and available on-ground property information (i.e. iron rods, fences, stakes, etc.). It does not include effort for chain of title research, parent track research, additional research for easements not included in the TAD, right-of-way takings, easement vacations and abandonments, right-of-way vacations, and street closures.   • Exclusive Negotiations The State will not bargain collectively or meet with any employee organization other than MSEA-SEIU with reference to terms and conditions of employment of employees covered by this Agreement.   • Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.

  • Engineer's Coordination with Owner Engineer shall be available for conferences with City so that Project can be designed with the full benefit of City's experience and knowledge of existing needs and facilities and be consistent with current policies and construction standards. City shall make available to Engineer all existing plans, maps, field notes, and other data in its possession relative to the Project. Engineer may show justification to City for changes in design from City standards due to the judgment of said Engineer of a cost savings to City and/or due to the surrounding topographic conditions. City shall make the final decision as to any changes after appropriate request by Engineer.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the [Apartment/Plot] on the specific understanding that is/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time.

  • Commencement of Interconnection Activities If the Developer executes the final LGIA, the ISO, Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer shall perform their respective obligations in accordance with the terms of the LGIA, subject to modification by FERC. Upon submission of an unexecuted LGIA in accordance with Section 30.11.3, the Parties shall promptly comply with the unexecuted LGIA, subject to modification by FERC.
