Temporary Right of Entry Coordination. Prior to construction, the ENGINEER shall prepare property notification map based on current appraisal district data identifying all impacted landowners Prior to construction, so that City staff may prepare, mail and obtain Temporary Right of Entries from landowners. It is assumed that letters will only be required for land owners adjacent to temporary construction easements or who are directly affected by the project and no easement is required to enter their property.  The documentation shall be provided in conformance with the checklists and templates.  Right-of-Way research includes review of property/right-of-way records based on current internet based Tarrant Appraisal District (TAD) information available at the start of the project and available on-ground property information (i.e. iron rods, fences, stakes, etc.). It does not include effort for chain of title research, parent track research, additional research for easements not included in the TAD, right-of-way takings, easement vacations and abandonments, right-of-way vacations, and street closures.   • Special/temporary right of way The Contractor shall bear all costs and charges for any special or temporary right of way required by it in connection with access to the Site. The Contractor shall obtain at its cost such facilities on or outside the Site as may be required by it for the purposes of the Project Highway and the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION OWNER may enter, inspect, and/or repair the premises at any time in case of emergency or suspected abandonment. OWNER shall give 24 hours advance notice and may enter for the purpose of showing the premises during normal business hours to prospective renters, buyers, lenders, for smoke alarm inspections, and/or for normal inspections and repairs.   • Right of Entry The Landlord shall have the right to enter the Premises during normal working hours by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours notice in order for inspection, make necessary repairs, alterations or improvements, to supply services as agreed or for any reasonable purpose. Each Party shall grant temporary entry to business persons who comply with existing immigration measures applicable to temporary entry such as those relating to public health and safety and national security, in accordance with this Chapter and the terms and conditions of Annex 7 (Commitments for Temporary Entry for Business Persons). 2. Each Party shall limit any fees for processing applications for temporary entry of business persons so as to not unduly impair or delay trade in goods or services or the conduct of investment activities under this Agreement. 1. Further to Article 167 (Transparency) of the Chapter 13 (Transparency), and recognizing the importance to the Parties of transparency of temporary entry information, each Party shall: (a) provide to the other Party relevant materials that will enable it to become acquainted with its measures relating to this Chapter; and (b) no later than 6 months after the date of entry into force of this Agreement, make available explanatory material regarding the requirements for temporary entry under this Chapter in such a manner that will enable business persons of the other Party to become acquainted with them. 2. Each Party shall collect and maintain, and, on request, make available to the other Party in accordance with its domestic law, data respecting the granting of temporary entry under this Chapter to business persons of the other Party who have been issued immigration documentation.

  • Temporary Roads As necessary to attain stabilization of roadbed and fill slopes of Temporary Roads, Purchaser shall employ such measures as out- sloping, drainage dips, and water-spreading ditches.

  • LANDLORD'S RIGHT OF ENTRY 7.1. Landlord and Landlord's agents and representatives shall have the right, when accompanied by a representative of Tenant, to enter the Premises at all reasonable hours and upon reasonable notice, as more particularly hereinafter described, for the following purposes: (i) performing maintenance, repairs, or alterations to the Premises but only in the event of default by Tenant under the terms of this Lease; (ii) showing the Premises to prospective new tenants during the last twelve (12) months of the Term; (iii) showing the Premises during the Term to any mortgagees or prospective purchasers of the Premises; or (iv) curing any default by Tenant in performing its obligations under this Lease beyond any applicable notice and grace period. All non-emergent work within the Premises shall be performed in accordance with a schedule and plan approved by Tenant, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned, but in no event shall Landlord be prohibited or unreasonably restricted from performing such work on a timely and commercially reasonable basis. 7.2. Landlord may enter upon the Premises at any time in case of emergency upon prior verbal notice if possible and with the accompaniment by a representative of Tenant to the extent Tenant makes such representative immediately available. Landlord shall advise Tenant of the date, time and nature of all such entries promptly following cessation of the emergency. 7.3. In connection with any entry by Landlord pursuant to this Article 7, Landlord shall use all reasonable efforts to minimize the disruption of Tenant's use of the Premises and all work performed by or on behalf of Landlord in or on the Premises pursuant to this Article 7 shall be performed with as little inconvenience to Tenant's business as is reasonably possible. Tenant shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to designate a representative to accompany Landlord, or any third parties, while they are on the Premises.

  • Suspension of unsafe Construction Works (i) Upon recommendation of the Authority’s Engineer to this effect, the Authority may by notice require the Contractor to suspend forthwith the whole or any part of the Works if, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority’s Engineer, such work threatens the safety of the Users and pedestrians. (ii) The Contractor shall, pursuant to the notice under Clause 11.17 (i), suspend the Works or any part thereof for such time and in such manner as may be specified by the Authority and thereupon carry out remedial measures to secure the safety of suspended works, the Users and pedestrians. The Contractor may by notice require the Authority’s Engineer to inspect such remedial measures forthwith and make a report to the Authority recommending whether or not the suspension hereunder may be revoked. Upon receiving the recommendations of the Authority’s Engineer, the Authority shall either revoke such suspension or instruct the Contractor to carry out such other and further remedial measures as may be necessary in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, and the procedure set forth in this Clause 11.17 shall be repeated until the suspension hereunder is revoked. (iii) Subject to the provisions of Clause 21.6, all reasonable costs incurred for maintaining and protecting the Works or part thereof during the period of suspension (the “Preservation Costs”), shall be borne by the Contractor; provided that if the suspension has occurred as a result of any breach of this Agreement by the Authority, the Preservation Costs shall be borne by the Authority. (iv) If suspension of Works is for reasons not attributable to the Contractor, the Authority’s Engineer shall determine any Time Extension to which the Contractor is reasonably entitled.

  • Preparatory Contract Negotiations Meetings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee to attend preparatory contract negotiations meetings.

  • Commencement of Negotiations Within five (5) days of satisfaction of the public notice requirement, and not later than forty-five (45) days following submission of the proposal, negotiations shall commence at a mutually acceptable time and place for the purpose of considering changes in this Agreement.
