Temporary Traffic Control Plan. A. The Contractor's operations which control traffic across or around SCRRA facilities shall be coordinated with and approved by both SCRRA and Public Agency, and shall be in compliance with Section 21400 et seq. of the California Vehicle Code and the California Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (California MUTCD). Traffic control in the vicinity of highway - railroad grade crossings shall conform to the Section 6G-19 of the California MUTCD and SCRRA Standard ES4301. The Contractor shall perform no work at, or in the vicinity of a highway-railroad grade crossing without the presence of a railroad EIC, notwithstanding that the work of the Contractor may not be physically located on SCRRA Right-of-Way.

When bridges and culverts are re- moved, associated fills shall also be removed to the ex- tent necessary to permit normal maximum flow of water.
