Monthly Progress Meetings. Monthly meetings, or as required, shall be held at the office of the Owner during the design phase and attended by the Architect to apprise the Owner of progress, to resolve any problems, to answer questions, and for general coordination. The Architect shall provide written minutes of the meeting noting status of each item and any action items required to complete the item.

Monthly Progress Meetings. Contractor shall conduct regularly scheduled, monthly progress meetings at the TTMS Work Site throughout design, development, and construction of the TTMS Project beginning the month after the Commencement Date to thoroughly discuss the progress and status of construction with Concessionaire’s Work Representative and any other representatives of Concessionaire that Concessionaire desires or the Department may request. Such meetings shall be attended by Contractor’s Construction Manager and Project Manager, Concessionaire’s representatives and other appropriate representatives of Contractor’s staff, and during such meetings, progress during the prior month, as presented in the Monthly Progress Report, shall be reviewed and Contractor shall report information from any key Subcontractors responsible for the TTMS Work completed during the specified duration and the TTMS Work scheduled during the upcoming reporting duration. Concessionaire shall be responsible for preparing, maintaining and distributing minutes of the monthly progress meetings to all attendees for review and approval. In addition, under the Comprehensive Agreement, Concessionaire and the Department are to conduct monthly progress meetings in accordance with the Technical Requirements and Contractor shall attend all such meetings unless otherwise directed by Concessionaire. The Parties acknowledge that all direction to Contractor will be provided by Concessionaire.

Monthly Progress Meetings. FNI and HRW will provide up to nine (9) personnel to participate remotely for up to twenty-two (22) Monthly Progress meetings of one (1) hour each, to be held remotely via Microsoft Teams (or similar). The Monthly Progress Meetings will be coordinated, scheduled, and facilitated by FNI. FNI will prepare an agenda and a monthly progress summary memorandum ahead of each Monthly Progress Meeting, and minutes following each Monthly Progress Meeting.

The Village, or its duly appointed representatives, may inspect and/or monitor the Design/Build Work and review any documents relating to the Design/Build all for the purpose of reviewing the Company's progress in the performance of its obligations regarding the Design/Build Work. Notwithstanding the Village's or its representative's attendance, inspection, monitoring, or review, or its failure to do so, the Company shall not be relieved of any of its obligations, responsibilities, or liabilities under this Agreement.
