Tenure and Promotion Procedures – Teaching and Non-Teaching Faculty. 13.05.1 The internal members of the Tenure and Promotion Committee will review the application by three (3) months prior to the date of adjudication for the following purpose: • To ensure the application is complete. The Committee may request, through the Committee Chair, additional submissions from the candidate or the University prior to the meeting if members of the Committee identify missing or incomplete information in the application; and • To address any actual or perceived conflicts of interest in any of the committee membership.

  • COMPLIANCE BY CONTRACTOR WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS/ EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY 6.1 In connection with the performance of the Services, the Contractor shall comply with all applicable statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county or municipal authorities which impose any obligation or duty upon the Contractor, including, but not limited to, civil rights and equal employment opportunity laws.
