Facilities and Service. We are a credit broker, not a lender. We may use insurance and finance providers who will conduct a credit check and share your payment record with other lenders, all of which will be recorded on your credit record. Please contact us if you do NOT consent to a credit check being undertaken, however this may affect our ability to offer instalment facilities to you. In relation to the provision of credit, we offer only the facilities provided by those of Premium Credit Limited from whom we may receive a commission. We will not offer you any advice on premium finance facilities available through us and you will need to decide yourself on the suitability of any credit agreement offered.

Facilities and Service. Office space and supporting utilities and services required by the Company may be provided by Emcore or GEL on terms and conditions to be agreed to by the Committee. Emcore and GEL may also provide administrative services including purchasing, employee relations, finance, systems, accounting and such other services as may be needed by the Company, pursuant to one or more Administrative Services Agreement(s) substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit I, which agreement shall set forth the responsibilities for each of the personnel and services being provided and their cost allocation to the Company.
Facilities and Service. We may offer insurance products through an intermediary network who provide insurance products from a range of insurance companies. The intermediary we place you with will conduct a credit check, which will be recorded on your credit record. Please contact us if you do NOT consent to a credit check being undertaken, however this may affect the intermediary’s ability to offer instalment facilities to you. In relation to the provision of credit, this is provided directly by the intermediary we place you with and we do not receive commission for the provision of credit. We will not offer you any advice on premium finance facilities available and you will need to decide yourself on the suitability of any credit agreement offered. Please note: your policy cover will cease if you fail to keep up payments on an instalment agreement or premium finance facility related to it and your credit rating may be affected. In entering into a credit agreement to pay your insurance premium, you give the intermediary the legal right to cancel your insurance policy on your behalf in the event that you default on the loan and offset any refunded premium against the outstanding amount owed to them. This means that if you default on your payment terms and the intermediary requests that we cancel your policy, we will do so as your agent.
Facilities and Service. The Lessor may discontinue all facilities furnished and services rendered, or any of them, by Lessor, not expressly covenanted for herein, it being understood that they constitute no part of the consideration for this Lease.
Facilities and Service a) Concessionaire will be required to furnish the golfing community and the general public with a food and full liquor permit concession. Concessionaire may not engage in any other business on said Premises without approval from the Town. b) The proposed concession shall be personal to the Concessionaire and shall not be assigned, sold or subcontracted without the written approval of the Town. In addition, the Concessionaire or designated full-time manager must be on the Premises during the times of operation. c) Concessionaire shall pay all license fees, taxes and special assessments applicable to or resulting from the operation of the Concession and the Premises used by the Concessionaire. d) Concessionaire must maintain in good condition all Town property. The Concessionaire will be required to operate and maintain all equipment provided by the Town according to the manufacturer’s specifications. All equipment is listed on “Schedule A”. e) Concessionaire must maintain a clean and safe work environment in and around the HSRGC Clubhouse. This includes the areas encompassed by the Concession, such as, the patio, the surrounding sidewalks and incoming driveway used for deliveries, and the enclosed refuse area located in the parking lot. The Concessionaire will be held responsible for keeping the Premises clean and free from refuse, rubbish and all other debris. The Town will arrange the removal of refuse (including cost of dumpster) via separate contract. f) The Concessionaire shall not sell any tobacco products. g) Concessionaire will be responsible for notifying the FGC and the Director of Parks and Recreation in writing of any disputes and/or issues regarding all aspects of the business, within fourteen calendar days of the occurrence. h) Concessionaire shall be required to provide ice at no additional charge to the golf course water stations. i) Except for structural repairs, the Concessionaire, at his/her own cost and expense, shall maintain that portion of the premises leased/licensed in full and complete repair to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Commission. No alterations shall be made to the premises without the prior written approval of the Town. j) Concessionaire is responsible for cleaning of all areas encompassed by the concession, and will use his own supplies.   • Facilities and Services The Company shall furnish the Executive with office space, secretarial and support staff, and such other facilities and services as shall be reasonably necessary for the performance of his duties under this Agreement.

  • UTILITIES AND SERVICE 7.1 It is the intent of the parties that Tenant shall assume all responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the Premises. Therefore, notwithstanding anything in the Lease to the contrary, during the term of this Lease, the following utilities and services will be provided on the premises: (a) Tenant will provide Electricity, water and sewer service, since the services are billed to the Landlord, the Tenant will pay a monthly sum ( ) subject to annual review based upon the average usage the previous year. (b) The Landlord shall provide heat to such extent and to such levels as, in the Landlord’s judgment, is reasonably required for the comfortable use and occupancy of the Premises. (c) Tenant will provide landscaping and grounds keeping to the common areas and Premises. 7.2 Tenant shall, at its own costs, provide custodial and janitorial service to the Premises. 7.3 Tenant shall arrange for and shall pay the entire cost and expense of all telephone stations, equipment and use charges, electric light bulbs and all other materials and services not expressly required to be provided and paid by Landlord pursuant to the provisions of this Section 7. 7.4 Tenant shall not, without the written consent of Landlord, use any apparatus or device on the Premises (including, but without limitation thereto, electronic data processing machines, punch card machines or machines using current in excess of 110 volts) which will in any way increase the amount of electricity or water usually supplied at the Premises. Tenant shall not connect with electrical current, except through existing electrical outlets in the Premises. If Tenant requires water or electric current in excess of that usually supplied at the Premises, Tenant shall first procure the written consent of Landlord for the use thereof. Landlord may cause a water meter or electric current meter to be installed in the Premises. The cost of such meters and of installation, maintenance, and repair thereof shall be paid by Tenant. Xxxxxx further agrees to pay Landlord promptly upon demand for all such water and electric current consumed at the rates charged for such services by the City of Xxxxxxx or the local public utility, plus any additional expense incurred by Landlord in keeping account of the water and electric current so consumed. 7.5 Landlord shall not be liable for and Tenant shall not be entitled to terminate this Lease or to effectuate any abatement or reduction of rent by reason of Landlord’s failure to provide or furnish any of the foregoing utilities or services unless such failure was due to the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Landlord. Landlord shall not be liable for loss or injury to persons or property, however arising, occurring in connection with or attributable to any failure to furnish such utilities or services, unless and only to the extent due to the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Landlord, and in no event shall Landlord be liable for Tenant’s consequential damages. 7.6 Landlord shall be responsible for repairs of the major mechanical system, such as the boiler, HVAC and electrical system, and “Building Envelope”, such as the roof, foundation, walls and other structural components of the Building. Tenant shall be responsible for routine operation, maintenance and repairs of the Premises. A major repair to a system is one which exceeds $10,000 in a twelve month period. In the event when a major mechanical or building system failure is too costly to be repaired, if so deemed by the Landlord, and if neither Landlord or Tenant is willing or able to remedy the situation, either party can cancel this Lease. 7.7 Landlord shall not be responsible for any loss caused to Tenant by Xxxxxxxx’s failure to make any major repairs. The District’s priority and scheduling may push these repairs out several years.

  • Utilities and Services Tenant shall pay all charges for water, gas, ---------------------- electricity, telephone, central station monitor, refuse pickup, janitorial services, and all other utilities and services supplied or furnished to the Premises during the term of this Lease, together with any taxes thereon. Said utilities may be supplied to Tenant in common with any other tenant(s) in the Building, or at Landlord's or Tenant's option, be separately metered at Tenant's expense. If separately metered, or if the Premises consist of the entire building Tenant shall pay all such charges directly to the charging authority when due. If not separately metered, Tenant shall pay its allocable portion based upon the ratio between the Premises Gross Leasable Area and the total gross leasable square feet of space served by the common utility. However, if Landlord determines that Tenant is using a disproportionate amount of any utility service not separately metered, then Landlord may either install a separate meter to measure the utility service, at Tenant's cost, or charge Tenant a sum equal to Landlord's reasonable estimate of the cost of Tenant's excess use of such utility service. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord on a monthly basis for landlord's cost in furnishing utilities and services to the Premises within ten (10) days after Tenant receives an invoice from Landlord and in no event shall Landlord be liable to Tenant for any such failure or interruption unless caused by the misconduct of Landlord. No failure or interruption of any such utilities or services shall entitle Tenant to terminate this Lease or to withhold rent or other sums due hereunder and unless otherwise specifically provided herein. Landlord shall not be responsible for providing security guards or other security protection for all or any portion of the Premises or the Property, and Tenant shall at its own expense provide or obtain such security services as Tenant shall desire to ensure the safety of the Premises and the Property.

  • Use of Facilities and Services Subject to the rules of the University and the terms of this Agreement, the UFF shall have the right to use University facilities for meetings and all other services on the same basis as they are generally available to other university-related organizations which are defined as follows: University-Related Groups and Organizations. These groups and organizations may or may not receive budgetary support. Examples of such groups include student organizations, honor societies, fraternities, sororities, alumni associations, faculty committees, University Support Personnel Systems council, direct support organizations, the United Faculty of Florida, etc.

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City. In no event shall City be obligated to furnish any facility that may involve incurring any direct expense, including but not limited to computer, long-distance telephone or other communication charges, vehicles, and reproduction facilities.

  • FACILITIES, PAYMENTS AND SERVICES 25 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide the services, staffing, facilities, and supplies in accordance with 26 this Agreement.   • Facilities Study In analyzing and preparing the Facilities Study, and in designing and constructing the Attachment Facilities, Local Upgrades and/or Network Upgrades described in the Specifications attached to this ISA, Transmission Provider, the Interconnected Transmission Owner(s), and any other subcontractors employed by Transmission Provider have had to, and shall have to, rely on information provided by Interconnection Customer and possibly by third parties and may not have control over the accuracy of such information. Accordingly, NEITHER TRANSMISSION PROVIDER, THE INTERCONNECTED TRANSMISSION OWNER(s), NOR ANY OTHER SUBCONTRACTORS EMPLOYED BY TRANSMISSION PROVIDER OR INTERCONNECTED TRANSMISSION OWNER MAKES ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR DEALING, CUSTOM, USAGE IN THE TRADE OR PROFESSION, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH REGARD TO THE ACCURACY, CONTENT, OR CONCLUSIONS OF THE FACILITIES STUDY OR THE SYSTEM IMPACT STUDY IF A FACILITIES STUDY WAS NOT REQUIRED OR OF THE ATTACHMENT FACILITIES, THE LOCAL UPGRADES AND/OR THE NETWORK UPGRADES, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that Transmission Provider warrants that the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and any Merchant Transmission Upgrades described in the Specifications will be designed and constructed (to the extent that Interconnected Transmission Owner is responsible for design and construction thereof) and operated in accordance with Good Utility Practice, as such term is defined in the Operating Agreement. Interconnection Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any representations or warranties not specifically set forth herein and that no such representations or warranties have formed the basis of its bargain hereunder.

  • Facilities and Expenses The Employer will furnish the Employee with office space, equipment, supplies, computer and facsimile equipment, telephones (including cellular telephone), automobile or automobile allowance and such other facilities, support staff and personnel as the Employer deems necessary or appropriate for the performance of the Employee's duties under this Agreement. The Employer will reimburse the Employee for reasonable business expenses incurred by him on behalf of the Employer in the performance of his duties; provided, that Employee furnishes to Employer documentation of such expenses as is required by the Internal Revenue Service, as well as such other documentation as the Employer may reasonably request. In addition, the Employer shall reimburse the Employee or otherwise provide and pay for all approved professional affiliation expenses incurred by the Employee.   • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment not otherwise in use. Such equipment shall not be removed from the building without permission of the building principal. The individual using the equipment shall be responsible for repair or replacement costs beyond normal wear and tear if the equipment is damaged, stolen, or lost. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use. The Association may use school buildings for meetings by arranging such use with the building principals.

  • Working Facilities and Expenses It is understood by the parties that the Executive’s principal place of employment shall be at the Bank’s principal executive office located in New Haven, Connecticut, or at such other Bank Board approved location within 50 miles of the address of such principal executive office, or at such other location as the Employer and the Executive may mutually agree upon. The Employer shall provide the Executive at his principal place of employment with a private office, secretarial services and other support services and facilities suitable to his position with the Employer and necessary or appropriate in connection with the performance of his assigned duties under this Agreement. The Employer shall reimburse the Executive for his ordinary and necessary business expenses attributable to the Employer’s business, including, without limitation, the Executive’s travel and entertainment expenses incurred in connection with the performance of his duties for the Employer under this Agreement, in each case upon presentation to the Employer of an itemized account of such expenses in such form as the Employer may reasonably require, and such reimbursement shall be paid promptly by the Employer and in any event no later than March 15 of the year immediately following the year in which the expenses were incurred.
