Terminal Policing Fee. In addition to the Annual Use Fee, within thirty (30) days after receipt of a xxxx from Port, Management Contractor shall reimburse the Port for the actual cost of the services of uniformed San Francisco Police Department officer(s) patrolling within the Facility (and any secondary facilities managed by Management Contractor) as required by the appropriate U.S. Coast Guard approved Facility Security Plan. Management Contractor will also reimburse the Port for the actual cost of services for one private security guard to be stationed at an ancillary parking lot, for the purposes of directing parking and monitoring the automobiles of employees, support Amended October, 2004 : Metropolitan Stevedore Co. Port of San Francisco staff, and designated guests affiliated with any vessel operation. Port will determine these fees from invoices provided by the San Francisco Police Department, and submit monthly bills to Management Contractor.

  • Shipping and Handling Fees The price to the Customer under this Contract shall include all shipping and handling fees. Shipments will be Free On Board Customer’s destination. No additional fees shall be charged to the Customer for standard shipping and handling.
