Shipping and Handling Fees The price to the Customer under this Contract shall include all shipping and handling fees. Shipments will be Free On Board Customer’s destination. No additional fees shall be charged to the Customer for standard shipping and handling. If the Customer requests expedited delivery, Customer will be responsible for any charges for expedited delivery.
AGENCY SERVICE FEE Section 1. Each employee who elects not to join or maintain membership in the Union shall be required to pay as a condition of employment, beginning thirty (30) days following the commencement of his/her employment, an agency service fee to the Union in an amount that is equal to the amount required to become and remain a member in good standing of the exclusive bargaining agent.
Transport Allowance In partial modification of Clause 10 of the Bipartite Settlement dated 2nd June 2005, Transport Allowance shall be paid as under with effect from 1st November, 2007. Monthly Fee 2.1 The monthly fee is € . The monthly fee includes value-added tax at the statutory rate, which is currently 19%. Processing Fee At the time each Advance is made, Borrower shall pay to Lender the Processing Fee with respect to such Advance.
Global Access Transport Charges (U S. Bridged): Per-minute per-bridge port usage charges, based on availability of service, zone and origination access type. Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.
Monthly Fees ACS will xxxx Customer each month during the term of this Agreement based on number of "Actions" which occurred during the prior month. The definition of "Actions" and fees for each Action will be documented in each Task Order. Customer shall cause ACS to be paid the foregoing fees on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of ACS' delivery of an invoice for the preceding month's Actions.
Basic Services Fee 6.1.1 For Basic Services, as described in Article 1, and including all disciplines identified in Paragraph 15.1 as part of Basic Services, Architect/Engineer’s fee shall be a negotiated Basic Services Fee to cover all costs and profit.
PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 25.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day, each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages and deductions. Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employer.
