Termination of Dues Deduction. The Employer shall be relieved from making dues deductions upon an employee’s termination of employment, transfer to a job other than one covered by this Agreement, layoff from work, an unpaid leave of absence, revocation of check-off authorization, or resignation by the employee from the Union.
