Terms of cancellation. 4.1 The information on cancellation or change of conditions of a trip is accepted in written form in the terms specified in the price-list (release period).
4.2 In case of untimely cancellation or non arriving of the Client‟s guest, the Client pays penalty. The size of the penalty depends on terms of cancellation and the rules of cancellation provided for each specific hotel.
4.3 The terms of cancellations for the groups are agreed by the Parties in additional correspondence (but not less, than for two weeks before group arrival)
Terms of cancellation. In the event the speaker desires to cancel the engagement, the speaker agrees to provide notice to the UNC Cancer Network a minimum of (45) days prior to the scheduled engagement date. If this occurs, we will ask the speaker to provide the names of alternative speakers, if possible, to deliver a lecture on the same or a related topic.
Terms of cancellation. Not later than midnight of the fifth business day following the post marked date of the school’s letter of acceptance. If you cancel, any payments made by you under the contract or sale will be returned within 30 business days following the postmarked date of Notice of Cancellation. Any property traded in and any instrument executed by you will be returned within ten business days following the receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled.
Terms of cancellation. 1. Booked town tours can be cancelled up to 7 days be- fore the agreed date of the tour free of charge.

3. If the guest does not appear without having cancelled beforehand and such cancellation having been con- firmed in turn by the contractor, a fee amounting to 100 % of the agreed price will be charged.
4. The Tourist Information Office of Lutherstadt Xxxxxxxxxx is entitled to cancel a booked tour if the minimum num- ber of participants specified is not reached or the guide falls ill and the Tourist Information Office of Lutherstadt Xxxxxxxxxx is unable to provide any suitable replace- ment.
5. Different terms of cancellation apply to visits to the Lu- ther House and the Melanchthon House as part of a guided tour (see 8.).
Terms of cancellation. 4.1. General terms: in the event of a cancellation before departure, a processing free of at least CHF 80 per per- son and service is charged; however, airlines, transport companies, and other third-party service providers or operators will also claim administrative and cancellation fees (exact costs on request) which will be invoiced to you directly or forwarded by us. All cancellation costs and fees must be paid within 8 days.
Terms of cancellation. 9.1. Unless other conditions are specified in the hotel’s offer, the terms of cancellation and amendment shall be as follows: - in the case of cancellation within the 24 hours preceding the confirmed day of arrival, the amount of the penalty shall be 100% of the accommodation price for one night (in accordance with the reservation made, i.e. with or without breakfast).
9.2. If the Contracting Party made an advance payment to reserve the accommodation services and does not arrive on the day of arrival (and no written cancellation is received from him), the Service Provider shall apply the full amount of the advance payment specified in the Contract as penalty. In this case, the room shall remain reserved for the Contracting Party until 10:00 on the day following the day of arrival stated in the reservation after which the Service Provider’s service obligation shall cease.
Terms of cancellation. The College or the Performer has the right to cancel this contract for any of the following:
A. A 30-day written notification by either party.
B. Natural Disaster
C. Weather related problems. If the College cancels due to inclement weather, the College’s obligation shall be limited to rescheduling the performance.
Terms of cancellation. XI.1. At full or partial cancellation of these services for other than objective reasons set out below, will be charged a cancellation fee:
XI.2. In case of cancellation of these services is made within 21 days of billing and refund any part of the deposit after deducting cancellation charges.
XI.3. The owner does not require any cancellation fee for any objectively serious reasons that lead to withdrawal from the accommodation contract, such as family death, hospitalization, natural disasters, accidents, etc. Guest must prove those facts relevant documents within 7 calendar days of the major causes of objective reasons to the above address AP19.
Terms of cancellation. In the event of resignation from the Camp for reasons beyond the control of Warsaw Sport Camps, in particular through non-compliance with payment deadlines, the participant's illness or other random cases, the Organizer reserves the right to demand payment of amounts equivalent to the actual costs incurred in connection with the preparations already organized to host the sporting event, in an amount not higher than determined on the principles set out in the points below.
