Terms of cancellation. 4.1 The information on cancellation or change of conditions of a trip is accepted in written form in the terms specified in the price-list (release period).
4.2 In case of untimely cancellation or non arriving of the Client‟s guest, the Client pays penalty. The size of the penalty depends on terms of cancellation and the rules of cancellation provided for each specific hotel.
4.3 The terms of cancellations for the groups are agreed by the Parties in additional correspondence (but not less, than for two weeks before group arrival)
Terms of cancellation. In the event the speaker desires to cancel the engagement, the speaker agrees to provide notice to the UNC Cancer Network a minimum of (45) days prior to the scheduled engagement date. If this occurs, we will ask the speaker to provide the names of alternative speakers, if possible, to deliver a lecture on the same or a related topic.
Terms of cancellation. Not later than midnight of the fifth business day following the post marked date of the school’s letter of acceptance. If you cancel, any payments made by you under the contract or sale will be returned within 30 business days following the postmarked date of Notice of Cancellation. 3. If the guest does not appear without having cancelled beforehand and such cancellation having been con- firmed in turn by the contractor, a fee amounting to 100 % of the agreed price will be charged.
4. The Tourist Information Office of Lutherstadt Xxxxxxxxxx is entitled to cancel a booked tour if the minimum num- ber of participants specified is not reached or the guide falls ill and the Tourist Information Office of Lutherstadt Xxxxxxxxxx is unable to provide any suitable replace- ment.
5. Different terms of cancellation apply to visits to the Lu- ther House and the Melanchthon House as part of a guided tour (see 8.).
Terms of cancellation. 11.1 Standard Training provided on premises available by XXXXXXX, and In-house Training, may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the training date. If the training is cancelled after that time, up to 14 days before the training date, the Client is liable to pay 50% of the price. If the training is cancelled after that time, up to 7 days before the training date, the Client is liable to pay 75% of the price. If the training is cancelled after that time, the Client is liable to pay 100% of the price.
11.2 Remote Training can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the training date. If the training is can- celled after that time, the Client is liable to pay 100% of the price.
Terms of cancellation. 3.1 The agreement is irrevocable and binding, as Brammers bindingly orders suppliers immediately after the agreement is concluded.
3.2 In the event of the customer canceling or abandoning the agreed arrangement after the conclusion of the agreement, the following applies:
3.2.1 In case of cancellation earlier than 6 months before the date of holding the event, 10% of the contract sum is paid. In case of additional documented losses, the customer pays the loss.
3.2.2 In case of cancellation later than 6 months before the date of holding the event, 25% of the contract sum is paid. In case of additional documented losses, the customer pays the loss.
3.2.3 In case of cancellation later than 3 months before the date of holding the event, 50% of the contract sum is paid. In case of additional documented losses, the customer pays the loss.
3.2.4 In case of cancellation later than 1 month before the date of holding the event, 90% of the contract sum is paid.
3.2.5 The above applies regardless of when the customer may have made advance payments according to the Agreement.
3.2.6 In case of a supplier’s failure to fulfill deliveries, e.g., as a result of Force Majeure, illness, death, breach, or bankruptcy, Brammers will do its best to adapt the arrangement and assist the customer with the completion of the changes. Brammers shall be exempt from liability for any losses the customer may suffer on this occasion and the cancellation conditions shall be fully applicable. The customer enters into Xxxxxxxx’ claims against the suppliers in question, who may e.g., be artists, venues, or suppliers of catering.
Terms of cancellation. 4.1. General terms: in the event of a cancellation before departure, a processing free of at least CHF 80 per per- son and service is charged; however, airlines, transport companies, and other third-party service providers or operators will also claim administrative and cancellation fees (exact costs on request) which will be invoiced to you directly or forwarded by us. All cancellation costs and fees must be paid within 8 days.

Terms of cancellation. 9.1. Unless other conditions are specified in the Apartment House's offer, for short-term reservations, the terms of cancellation and amendment shall be as follows: - For cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the confirmed arrival date, the penalty fee is 50% of one night's accommodation, - For cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the confirmed arrival date, the penalty fee is 100% of one night's accommodation.
9.2. If If the Contracting Party made an advance payment to reserve the accommodation services and does not arrive on the day of arrival (and no written cancellation is received from him), the Service Provider shall apply the full amount of the advance payment specified in the Contract as penalty. In this case, the room shall remain reserved for the Contracting Party until 10:00 on the day following the day of arrival stated in the reservation after which the Service Provider’s service obligation shall cease.
