Cancellation Conditions. ● A participant may request a refund of their deposit at any time. The Company will cancel the participation commitment of the participant and direct the escrow agent to return any funds committed by the participant as listed below no later than fifteen days following cancellation. ● The portion transferred and any portion retained by the project participant must be larger than the minimum participation size specified in the contract between the participant and the company; ● If the transfer is to one or more persons, those individuals must meet the company's participation requirements; ● The participant must obtain company approval of any transfer to another person, which may not be unreasonably withheld.
Cancellation Conditions. 3.1. The Customer may withdraw from the booking by submitting a written declaration to the Product Partner up to the start of the rental period agreed in the booking. The date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal shall be relevant.
3.2. The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply:
a) 20% of the rental price in the event of withdrawal up to the 61st day before the start of the rental period b) 50% of the rental price in the event of withdrawal from the 60th day and up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period c) 80% of the rental price in the event of withdrawal from the 34th day and up to the 3rd day before the start of the rental period d) 95% of the rental price in the event of withdrawal from the 2nd day before the start of the rental period e) 100% of the rental price if the Customer does not arrive
3.3. The Customer shall be entitled to prove that no or only considerably lower damage has been sustained by the Product Partner. This can often be assumed if the property could be otherwise rented out for the same period and under the same conditions.
Cancellation Conditions a) The Insurer may cancel for non-payment of Premium, or non-payment of any instalment where the Premium is payable by instalments, in which case the Policy shall be cancelled retroactively to the start of the period for which the Premium is due and unpaid and all subsequent periods. No Loss shall be payable for those periods, whether suffered before or after the date the payment of Premium or instalment fell due; and
b) The Insurer may cancel with effect from the date of any Change of Control of the Insured;
c) The policy shall automatically terminate upon the Insolvency of the Insured.
d) The Insurer may cancel this policy on the grounds of mis-representation, fraud, non-disclosure or material facts or non- cooperation of the insured by giving written notice of such cancellation to the last known address of the INSURED.
e) This policy may also be cancelled by the INSURED by giving 30 days written notice to the Insurer in which event the Insurer will retain premium at the customary short period scale as below, provided that there has been no claim under the policy during the POLICY PERIOD in which case no refund of premium shall be allowed. f) An insurer shall have the right to reduce or cancel a credit limit at any time, usually as a result of adverse or negative information. If the Credit Limit is reduced, the amount of coverage available for shipments occurring after the effective date of the reduction is the amount of the reduced Credit Limit less any amounts outstanding and due to the INSURED from the BUYER subject always to the all terms and conditions of the Policy. If the Credit Limit is cancelled, shipments made after the effective date of cancellation of the Credit Limit are excluded from coverage under the Policy.
Cancellation Conditions. 3.1. On cancellation of the hire, the bond and any public liability insurance paid to the CSA will be refunded.
3.2. No refund of the hiring fee will be paid for a cancellation made less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking.
3.3. A 50% refund of the hiring fee will be paid for a cancellation made 30 to 60 days prior to the commencement of the booking.
3.4. A 100% refund of the hiring fee will be paid for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the commencement of the booking.
3.5. If the cancellation is caused by a force majeure (e.g. a COVID lockdown), any fee already paid will be refunded in full.

b. if canceled 24 hours after booking up to 93 days before arrival, 15% of the total rental amount, plus € 25.00 administration costs;
c. if canceled from 62 to 93 days before arrival, 50% of the total rental amount, plus €
d. if canceled from 31 to 62 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total rental amount, plus
e. if canceled from 1 to 31 days before arrival, 90% of the total rental amount, plus €
f. in the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or early departure, 100% of the total rental amount, plus € 25.00 administration costs.
12.3 If you fail within 24 hours of the agreed date further notice has not arrived, this is considered one cancellation.
