Test Services. OVHcloud reserves the right to offer services or new functionalities in the form of Test Services. The Client may be asked to provide feedback on the use of the Test Service. The SLAs indicated in the SC are not applicable to Test Services. The Client understands the implications and risks associated with the use of a Test Service. The Client undertakes to bear all risks (instability, malfunctions, unavailability, loss or alteration of data, etc.) arising therefrom. In this respect, OVHcloud reminds the Client that it is strongly discouraged from storing Content on the Test Service that is vital or essential to its business. The Client undertakes not to store any Content including personal data on the Test Service. The marketing and continuity of a Test Service at the end of its test phase are not guaranteed by OVHcloud. OVHcloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Test Service at any time and without compensation. OVHcloud may restrict or suspend the Test Service, without notice or compensation, if it appears that the Client is using the Services provided to it for an activity that does not comply with the Contract or with the purposes of the test carried out as part of the Test Service. At the end of the Test Service, for whatever reason, OVHcloud will delete all Content stored by the Client on the Test Service.

8.4 Dataswift may terminate the Test Services at any time, without any notice.
8.5 The User agrees to provide prompt feedback on your experience with the Test Services when requested by Dataswift. The User agrees that Dataswift may use their feedback for any purpose, including product development purposes.
8.6 The User agrees not to disclose any information regarding the Test Services to third parties and not to use such information for any purpose other than providing feedback to Dataswift.

Test Services. Prior to the Effective Date, Tester informed Company of the potential non-compliance with the Specifications of a specific, single Product certified to be compliant with the Specifications. During the Term of this Agreement, Tester will perform the Test Services with respect to such Product. Tester acknowledges and agrees that Company entered into this Agreement to retain Tester to perform the Test Services personally. Test Services are unique to Company and are not to be performed by other individuals or entities without the written consent of Company. When Tester determines in its sole discretion that it has completed the Test Services, Tester will submit to Company a Certification Dispute Report.
Test Services. Please note that we occasionally release services that we would like to test or evaluate on the Platform - they will be marked as ‘beta’, ‘preview‘, ‘early access’, ‘evaluation’ or similar terms (“Test Services”). You acknowledge that such Test Services may not be as reliable as our normal HAT services or features provided by us and subject to this Owner Agreement.
Test Services. If you use any Services that have been designated as a “Beta” service, pilot test, early access, limited access, limited release, or with similar designation, then your use of that Service is subject to the terms at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/legal/betaservices.
Test Services. SunGard’s testing services are designed to provide reliable and repeatable Test services for operating system, application and data restorations (“Test Services”) while Customer is using the Recovery Services for a Test. Whenever Customer schedules a Test of the Recovery Services, the Test Services provided by SunGard to Customer shall be the Test Services selected by Customer for the configurations identified in the applicable Schedule or Addendum.
