Network Performance. Network performance involves the level at which VERIZON provides services and facilitates call processing within its network. VERIZON also has the responsibility to complete network upgrades efficiently. If network outages do occur, VERIZON needs to provide notification so appropriate network management and Customer notification can occur by SPRINT. Network performance is evaluated on the quality of interconnection, the timeliness of notification of network outages and the timeliness of network upgrades (code openings) VERIZON completes on behalf of SPRINT.

GTE also has the responsibility to complete network upgrades efficiently. If network outages do occur, GTE needs to provide notification so appropriate network management and Customer notification can occur by Gulf Coast. Network performance is evaluated on the quality of interconnection, the timeliness of notification of network outages and the timeliness of network upgrades (code openings) GTE completes on behalf of Gulf Coast.
Network Performance. The Service Provider's Network and Chorus' Network may affect each other's performance. If there is an issue affecting the performance of the Service Provider's Network or Chorus' Network then, without prejudice to the other terms of the CSA, either Party may require the other Party to meet with it within a reasonable timeframe. At that meeting, the Service Provider and Chorus must discuss in good faith and endeavour to agree the steps each Party will take, and the time frames for taking those steps, to mitigate the effects on the Service Provider's Network or Chorus' Network as the case may be.
Network Performance. Client is responsible for maintaining the satisfactory network performance needed to conduct the deployment of the production system.
Network Performance. Sprint will not allow network performance data and Format C reports provided by any iPCS Affiliate to Sprint (or otherwise generated by Sprint or any other party and relating to any iPCS Affiliate) to be reviewed by employees of, or consultants to, Sprint Corporation and its Subsidiaries or Related Parties other than the Affiliate Group and employees whose function relates primarily to CDMA Network performance (who will not use the information for any other purpose), unless such information is aggregated with information from the other Sprint PCS Affiliates on a basis that does not permit identification of the iPCS Affiliate-specific information. However, Sprint will be permitted to use Format C reports provided by the iPCS Affiliates (or otherwise generated by Sprint and relating to the iPCS Affiliates) to update coverage maps and to disclose such coverage maps consistent with past practice.
Network Performance. Section 4.23(c) of the Company Disclosure Schedule sets forth an accurate list of network availability statistics related to the network of the Acquired Companies performing services for the Acquired Company’s top four customers for the twelve-month period ending September 30, 2015. The network of the Acquired Companies, including the Ethernet Virtual Connection provided thereby, provides sufficient functionality such that the Acquired Companies meet in all material respects the performance criteria defined in the “Service Level Agreements” with the customers of the Acquired Companies.
Network Performance. The equipment, leasehold improvements, facilities, software and related telecommunications network comprising a portion of the Assets to be purchased by ILD hereunder are properly designed to perform as an integrated network, meet all applicable federal, state, local and industry promulgated laws, requirements and standards and perform substantially in conformance with industry averages of parties owning similar networks.
Network Performance. The network shall perform in accordance with the service performance levels (“SLAs”) as set forth in Exhibit B.
Network Performance. 1.1. The monthly Network Availability of NOVOSERVE’s network shall be as stated in Table 4. Table 4: Network Availability Performance Target 99,999% NETWORK AVAILABILITY PERFORMANCE TARGET 1.2. In the event in which any month, the Network Availability within NOVOSERVE's network, is lower than the Network Availability Performance Target, CLIENT shall be eligible to receive a Service Credit. The Service Credit shall be equal to 2% of the Monthly Recurring IP Connectivity Charge for the respective month for every 1% (or part thereof) that the Network Availability falls below the Network Availability Performance Target.
Network Performance. 7.1.1 The calculation of Network Availability commences after the Subscribing Entity opens a trouble ticket based on unavailability of the Service ("Trouble Ticket") with Service Provider, and is based on the availability of the Service during the monthly Service billing period in which the Subscribing Entity opens the Trouble Ticket, or when Service Provider becomes aware of a Service impacting network issue. Network Availability is calculated on reported or discovered Outages (as defined in Section 10.2 below).
