THE EXIT PERIOD. 1.1. The Exit Period is the period beginning on the expiry of the framework and ending 6 months thereafter or 3 months after the expiry of all service orders (see Schedule 5.1), whichever is the latter (the duration of such period to be determined solely by the Purchaser).

THE EXIT PERIOD. The Exit Period is the period beginning on the expiry of the framework and ending 6 months thereafter or 3 months after the expiry of all service orders (see Schedule 5.1), whichever is the latter (the duration of such period to be determined solely by the Purchaser). The Service Provider must guarantee that any sub-contractor engaged by the Service Provider to perform any part of the service complies with this requirement. If a sub-contractor fails to comply with this requirement, the Service Provider will as soon as possible arrange for the performance of the relevant service at the Service Provider’s cost.

  • Benefit Period Following the Qualifying Period you will receive a monthly income until the earlier of:

  • Break Period All employees working in full time (7 or 7.5 hour) positions shall be permitted a fifteen (15) minute rest period both in the first half and the second half of a shift.

  • Retention periods Documentation which serves as evidence of orderly and proper data processing must be retained by ATOSS in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods beyond the end of the contract. To relieve itself of this obligation, ATOSS may turn said documentation over to the Customer at the end of the contract.

  • Unbroken Vacation Period An Employee shall receive an unbroken period of vacation unless mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer.

  • Break Periods The parties agree that the paid rest period contemplated by Article 16(e) shall be taken during times that will not interfere with the operation of the Strong Start Centre.

  • Duration Period This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2002 and shall continue in effect until June 30, 2005, subject to the Association’s right to negotiate over a successor agreement as provided in Article II. This Agreement shall not be extended orally, and it is expressly understood that is shall expire on the date indicated, unless it is extended in writing.

  • Term Termination 8.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the date hereof and shall continue in force until terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.

  • Vacation Periods Vacation schedules will be set by the employee’s immediate supervisor(s) and sent to the Office of Human Resources for approval. Employees may request a particular period for vacation. Vacation days may not be taken in advance of their accrual. Those employees who are on a 12-month teacher contract are paid during Spring Break and Winter Recess, however, are not expected to be in attendance or perform duties during those breaks.

  • Term; Suspension; Termination A. This Agreement shall become effective on the date that it is approved by both parties, set forth on the first page of the Agreement, and shall continue in effect until both parties have fully performed their respective obligations under this Agreement, unless sooner terminated as provided herein.
