THE ORGANISATION’S PERSONNEL. 19.1 The Organisation shall employ sufficient, properly and suitably qualified, competent, skilled, honest and experienced persons to ensure that the Services are provided at all times and in all respects in accordance with the Agreement. The Organisation shall ensure that there are sufficient personnel available to cover for holidays, sickness, maternity leave, training or any other absence.
THE ORGANISATION’S PERSONNEL. 19.1 The Organisation shall employ sufficient, properly and suitably qualified, competent, skilled, honest and experienced persons to ensure that the Services are provided at all times and in all respects in accordance with the Agreement. The Organisation shall ensure that there are sufficient personnel available to cover for holidays, sickness, maternity leave, training or any other absence. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Organisation shall appoint a chief officer to be known as the Chief Executive who shall have overall responsibility for the management of the Organisation’s personnel and delivery of the Services and shall report to the Board on these matters. Any appointment of the Chief Executive shall be the responsibility of the Board.
