The President and Secretary of the Local Union shall be provided a copy of the Letter of Appointment that sets forth the job status and hours of work.

Treasurer of the Union, members of the Shop Committee and the Chief Xxxxxxx, will be retained in the employ of the Company in their respective occupational classifications during their respective terms of office notwithstanding their position in the seniority lists.
