THE PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT. 1. Each non-tenured (year one (1) probationary or year two (2) probationary) certificated unit member shall develop an annual written professional agreement, California Standards for the Teaching Profession (C.S.T.P.) Fall Planning/Self-Assessment Form (Appendix G), with the school principal or his/her representative, hereinafter referred to as "Evaluator". Each tenured certificated unit member*, together with the evaluator, shall develop an annual written professional agreement, California Standards for the Teaching Profession (C.S.T.P.) Fall Planning/Self-Assessment Form (Appendix G), no less than every other year, at the option of the evaluator. The C.S.T.P. Fall Planning/Self-Assessment Form shall be used and the unit member shall write a minimum of one (1) Area of Growth for the C.S.T.P. performance areas listed below.   • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B. It is understood that the Scope of Services may be modified by change order as the Project/Service progresses, but to be effective and binding, any such change order must be in writing, executed by the parties, and in accordance with the COUNTY’s Purchasing Policies and Procedures. A copy of these policies and procedures shall be made available to the CONTRACTOR upon request.

  • Provision of Professional Services We will provide any Professional Services set out in a relevant Order Form in a professional and workmanlike manner, using reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry practice and any relevant SOW. Where it is necessary for Us or Our Group to visit your sites in order to perform Professional Services you shall at no cost to Us or Our Group: (a) provide reasonable access to any relevant sites at times to be agreed; (b) inform Us of health and safety, and security policies applicable at the sites; (c) ensure the sites are safe;

  • Other Professional Services We will provide you the various implementation-related services itemized in the Investment Summary and described in the Statement of Work.

  • Professional Advice The acceptance of the Options and the sale of Common Stock issued pursuant to the exercise of Options may have consequences under federal and state tax and securities laws which may vary depending upon the individual circumstances of the Optionee. Accordingly, the Optionee acknowledges that he or she has been advised to consult his or her personal legal and tax advisor in connection with this Agreement and his or her dealings with respect to Options. Without limiting other matters to be considered with the assistance of the Optionee’s professional advisors, the Optionee should consider: (a) whether upon the exercise of Options, the Optionee will file an election with the Internal Revenue Service pursuant to Section 83(b) of the Code and the implications of alternative minimum tax pursuant to the Code; (b) the merits and risks of an investment in the underlying shares of Common Stock; and (c) any resale restrictions that might apply under applicable securities laws.

  • Professional Learning A. School-based Professional Learning

  • Outside Professional Activities The President/Superintendent may undertake outside professional activities, including consulting, speaking, and writing provided these activities do not interfere with the President/Superintendent’s duties.

  • Teacher Professional Growth Plan 9.1.1 Teacher Professional Growth Plans will consider but will not be required to include the School Division’s goals.

  • Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.
