Test Scores. Employees who have test scores in their present classification meeting the qualifications of the advertised vacancy and have satisfactory performance evaluations shall not be retested.
1. Employees applying for promotional positions who are not performing duties which meet the qualifications of the new position may be required to take a practical job skill test.
2. In the event a practical job skill test is to be administered as part of the interview process, this requirement shall be noted in the Job Vacancy Announcement, and the test will be administered prior to the interviews.
Test Scores. Upon written request from the employee, the Employer shall provide the test scores with a signed receipt stating whether or not the test was passed and the date the test was administered. Employee’s receipt shall serve as valid proof that the test was taken previously.

B. Total scores shall be posted, identified by a number known only to the Personnel Department (who will administer the examination) and the individual candidate.
Test Scores. On the upper left of the screen is a graph showing the patient’s scores for each subscale (the triangle symbols). Higher scores indicate greater satisfaction. The graph also displays the mean scores for a normative group of hearing aid users (the black circles) and a gray bar representing their range of scores from the 20th to the 80th percentiles. Norms for Global score and the Service & Cost subscale are different when the cost item (#14) has been omitted.

In addition to the education records being disclosed by SBBC staff in Section 2.04(b), NFTE will also have access to work and information input by students in NFTE’s online platform, including, but not limited to, student-generated content, writings, and pictures. NFTE shall comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. 6501-6505, and its corresponding Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule, 16 CFR Part 312. In instances where students under the age of thirteen (13) years enter personally identifiable work and information into NFTE’s online platform, or when NFTE engages in passive tracking of children’s personal information, SBBC shall obtain written verifiable consent from each student’s parent/guardian as required by COPPA.
