External Communication. 6.2.1 The Participants strive to cooperate, if appropriate, in external communication with interest groups and the media on matters related to recovery and resolution within their respective responsibilities. The final version of the communication as well as the confirmation of such outside legal advice will be promptly provided to the other party for information.
