The Work Team Process. The parties agree that there is a need to have dedicated work teams capable of maintaining the equipment to the highest standards of excellence to the extent of their capabilities. These teams will consist of mixed craft employees who will be trained in all aspects of High Speed Rail to use their full potential. An employee on these teams, in addition to the work of the employee's craft, may perform all work directly or indirectly related to the service which does not exceed the preponderance of the hours of work of that employee's craft performed by the employee on that day. A committee, consisting of the General Chairman of each Organization covered by this agreement, the Chief Mechanical Officer of the Carrier and the Chief Labor Relations Officer of the Carrier, or their respected designees, is hereby established for the purpose of monitoring the application of this agreement, to ensure compliance and/or to resolve conflicts. During the initial establishment of High Speed Rail service, the committee will meet as often as necessary, thereafter the committee shall meet no less than quarterly on a date and time mutually convenient to all the parties, however, by request and with reason, a special meeting may be held at any time to resolve disputes regarding the application of this agreement. Such special meeting shall be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time no later than fifteen days after date of request. The Carrier agrees to make a good faith effort to resolve conflicts resulting from application of this agreement.

  • Benchmarking Process 2.2.1 The Supplier shall produce and send to the Authority for Approval, a draft plan for the Benchmark Review.

  • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

  • Preconstruction Phase Services Preconstruction Phase Services shall mean all services described in Article 3.1, and any similar services described in the Request for Proposals, including such similar services as are described in the Construction Manager at Risk’s Response to the Request for Proposals to the extent they are accepted by Owner, but excluding any Early Work. Early Work shall be considered part of Construction Phase Services.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Curriculum Work Service on a District curriculum committee shall be required for grade level or department chairpersons. All other teachers working on such committee(s) shall be designated (in writing) by the Curriculum Director and shall be paid, at the hourly rate contained in Schedule B, for all documented hours of committee service (up to such limits as may be imposed by the District) occurring when school is not in session (e.g. during the summer), during duty-free lunch periods or preparation periods, and before/after the teacher’s regularly scheduled work day. Curriculum committee work shall occur at such times as are determined or approved by the Curriculum Director.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • Scope of Works CHAPTER III

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.
