Theft and Vandalism. 37 The District shall reimburse employees for theft and vandalism losses to their personal 38 autos under the following conditions:
Theft and Vandalism. OWNER AGREES THE MARINA IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THEFT OR VANDALISM.
Theft and Vandalism. There is a zero-tolerance policy in effect in respect of any acts of theft or vandalism within the park. In the event that an occupant, their family, visitors, or invitees are caught vandalizing or defacing park property or stealing, the occupant and their trailer will be evicted from the park without refund or adjustment of the site fee.
Theft and Vandalism. The Board agrees to establish a Theft and Vandalism Fund in the amount of $2000. This fund shall be maintained annually at the beginning of each school year at the above-stated amount. Members may make application to the Theft and Vandalism Fund for reimbursement of any personal insurance deductibles resulting from claims submitted for job-related theft and/or vandalism. Members may also apply for reimbursement for any documented job related theft or vandalism that has been submitted under an insurance policy and denied coverage under a specific exclusion. Application for reimbursement shall be made to the Office of Staff Relations, Department of Human Resources, which shall authorize payment through the Treasurer’s Office. Documentation of the deductible payments shall be submitted with the application of reimbursement. In the case of a claim specifically excluded by the member’s insurance policy, a statement from the insurance company stating the exclusion shall be submitted with the application. In addition to theft and vandalism, the fund may be used to reimburse any property loss suffered by a member resulting from circumstances beyond the member’s control. Questions concerning the appropriateness of reimbursement under these circumstances shall be decided by the MOT Concerns Committee and the Office of Staff Relations. Reimbursement shall be made to members each year only so long as the fund is not depleted.
Theft and Vandalism. LESSEE agrees to assume all risks of liability resulting from any theft and/or vandalism, occurring on the Leased Premises during the Term of this Lease.
Theft and Vandalism. Motivate is solely responsible to repair and replace Bicycles and Stations damaged by vandalism and theft. There will be an allowable “shrink rate” of 1% per year for stolen City-owned bikes over the Term. Motivate will make every effort to expedite the repatriation of all stolen City- owned equipment.
Theft and Vandalism. Vendor shall manage issues dealing with theft and vandalism and applicable user fees. Host Agencies agree to work in good faith with Vendor to involve local law enforcement when appropriate to assist in protection and recovery of Vendor property.

Should theft of the products contained in the Vending Machines(s) or vandalism to the Vending Machines itself occur the Client shall notify Vendor as soon as possible. In the event of theft and/or vandalism continues Vendor reserves the right to remove the Vending Machine(s) without notice and without penalty, loss or default under this Agreement. All other locations shall remain active. The Client will also be responsible for any loss of revenue incurred by Vendor.
Theft and Vandalism. A student will not steal, cause damage to, or destroy school or private property. Restitution, notification of law enforcement and/or disciplinary action may result.

Except as is reasonably attributable to the acts or omissions of COMPANY’s personnel or other contractors, VENDOR shall bear the risk of loss to the VENDING MACHINE, monies contained therein, and any VENDING PRODUCTS from theft or vandalism while the VENDING MACHINE is placed at LOCATION. COMPANY shall take all reasonable precautions to assure that VENDING MACHINE is not vandalized, damaged or manipulated in any way. Should theft of the VENDING MACHINE or VENDING PRODUCTS contained in the VENDING MACHINE or vandalism to the VENDING MACHINE itself occur, COMPANY shall notify VENDOR as soon as practicable. In the event that theft and/or vandalism continues, VENDOR reserves the right to remove VENDING MACHINE without notice and without penalty, loss or default under this AGREEMENT.
