Third Party Features. Licensee may receive Third Party Features, which are provided on an as-is and as-available basis from CUSI, provided that, to the extent permissible CUSI shall pass through any warranty CUSI receives regarding the Third Party Features to Licensee. CUSI shall also cooperate with Licensee in enforcing such warranty to the extent permissible.
Third Party Features. The Services may be linked to third party sites or applications (“Third Party Services”). We are not responsible for and do not endorse Third Party Services. You have sole discretion whether to purchase or connect to any Third Party Services and your use is governed solely by the terms for those Third Party Services.
Third Party Features. All copyright, database rights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in any external data sources or embedded third-party services used in the Software are the intellectual property of the relevant third-party provider.
Third Party Features. If Customer activates Third Party Features, such feature will be enabled for all Authorized Users. Beekeeper does not warrant the accuracy, reliability or timeliness of any information or services provided by these systems and will not accept any liability as a result. The performance of any activated Third Party Feature may require Beekeeper to submit Customer Data or Authorized User Data to a third-party company under the latter’s terms and conditions, including its privacy policy, which may (i) be directly applicable between the Customer and the third party service provider; and
Third Party Features. If and to the extent, you request SweetIQ to provide any Third-Party Features in connection with the Store Locator Service, you acknowledge and agree that such Third Party Features are provided solely on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, continuous availability or otherwise, and hereby agree to the terms and conditions applicable thereto, including such parties’ applicable privacy policies and practices. In addition to the indemnity obligations set forth in the Agreement, you agree to indemnify SweetIQ and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, data providers, API partners, publishers and vendors from any claim or demand arising from or relating to any requested Third-Party Features.
Third Party Features. If the Services interoperate with third party service features, Neurolytics does not guarantee any functionality or availability of these third-party service features.
Third Party Features. The Platform may contain services, features and functionalities linking Customer to, or providing Customer with, certain functionality and access to third party services and content (including without limitation, YouTube), including using service providers for cloud infrastructure and hosting services. Customer acknowledges that Riverside is not responsible for such third party services (and the each respective third party service shall be governed by its applicable terms and conditions, including the YouTube Terms of Services available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/t/terms). If Customer shall have any problems resulting from use of any third party services, or if Customer suffers data loss or other losses as a result of problems with any other service providers or any third-party services, Riverside will not be responsible unless the problem was the direct result of its actions.

Customer’s use of Third Party Services is governed solely by the terms relating to such Third Party Services and Customer is responsible for reviewing, accepting, and complying with any third party terms of use or other restrictions applicable to the Third Party Services. Citrix is not liable for and makes no representations related thereto, including without limitation, content or the manner in which Third Party Services handle content and/or customer data. Citrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Third Party Services at any time. Citrix will use commercially reasonable efforts to the extent practical to provide reasonable notice of that suspension or termination.

Third Party Features. The Services may contain features designed to interoperate with applications or services separately provided to Customer by third parties, such as source code management services or other security scanning platforms or applications. Any operation or transaction completed via any third-party website, system, platform or application is between Customer and the relevant third party. Because Snyk cannot guarantee the continued availability of such features, Snyk may cease providing interoperability with them at any time, including if the relevant third-party ceases to make its application or service available for interoperation with the Services or changes the way it does so in a way that is not reasonably acceptable for Snyk.
