THIRD PARTY GOODS AND SERVICES w. Customer may enter into correspondence with, and utilize the services from, third party service providers whose services are embedded into, or linked from, our Service offering. Any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or rep- resentations associated with such activity, is solely between Customer and the applicable third party. SPCP shall have no liability, obligation, or responsibility for any such correspondence, purchase, or utilization between Customer and any such third party. SPCP does not endorse any sites on the Internet that are linked through the Service. In no event shall SPCP be responsible for any content, products, or other materials on or available from such sites.
x. Customer acknowledges that certain third party providers of ancillary software, hardware, or services may require Customer’s agreement to additional or different license or other terms prior to Customer’s use of or access to such software, hardware or services.
THIRD PARTY GOODS AND SERVICES. (a) Any Service that requires Blue Croc to acquire goods and services supplied by a third party on behalf of the Client may be subject to the terms & conditions of that third party (Third Party Terms), including 'no refund' policies.
(b) The Client agrees to any Third Party Terms applicable to any goods and services supplied by a third party that the Client or Service Provider acquires as part of the Services and Blue Croc will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Client in connection with such Third Party Terms.
THIRD PARTY GOODS AND SERVICES. (a) If Garden Party Events is required to acquire goods or services supplied by a third party, the Customer may be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party ('Third Party Terms').
(b) The Customer agrees to any Third Party Terms applicable to any goods or services supplied by a third party that the Customer or Garden Party Events acquires as part of renting the Equipment and Garden Party Events will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer in connection with such Third Party Terms.
THIRD PARTY GOODS AND SERVICES. (a) If Evolve Plumbing Services is required to acquire goods or services supplied by a third party, the Customer may be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party (‘Third Party Terms’).
(b) Provided that Evolve Plumbing Services has notified the Customer of such Third Party Terms and provided the Customer with a copy of those terms, the Customer agrees to any Third Party Terms applicable to any goods or services supplied by a third party that the Customer or Evolve Plumbing Services acquires as part of providing the goods or services and Evolve Plumbing Services will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer in connection with such Third Party Terms.
(c) The Customer has the right to reject any Third Party Terms. If the Customer rejects the Third Party Terms, Evolve Plumbing Services may not be able to provide the Services to the Customer, this may result in further delay to the provision of the Services and/or clause 17 will apply.
THIRD PARTY GOODS AND SERVICES. (a) Any Service that requires Core Logistics to acquire goods and services supplied by a thirdparty on behalf of the Client may be subject to the terms & conditions of that third party (Third Party Terms), including 'no refund' policies.
(b) The Client agrees to any Third Party Terms applicable to any goods and services supplied by a third party that the Client or Service Provider acquires as part of the Services and Core Logistics will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Clientin connection with such Third Party Terms.
THIRD PARTY GOODS AND SERVICES. (a) Any Service that requires SMT Drainage and Excavations to acquire goods and services supplied by a third party on behalf of the Client may be subject to the terms & conditions of that third party (Third Party Terms), including 'no refund' policies.
(b) The Client agrees to any Third Party Terms applicable to any goods and services supplied by a third party that the Client or SMT Drainage and Excavations acquires as part of the Services and SMT Drainage and Excavations will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Client in connection with such Third Party Terms.
THIRD PARTY GOODS AND SERVICES. (a) Any Service that requires V-AUS Trans to acquire goods and services supplied by a third party on behalf of the Client may be subject to the terms & conditions of that third party (Third Party Terms), including 'no refund' policies.
(b) The Client agrees to any Third Party Terms applicable to any goods and services supplied by a third party that the Client or Service Provider acquires as part of the Services and V-AUS Trans will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Client in connection with such Third Party Terms.
THIRD PARTY GOODS AND SERVICES. (a) If AOES is required to acquire goods or services supplied by a third party, the Customer may be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party (Third Party Terms).
(b) The Customer agrees to any Third Party Terms applicable to any goods or services supplied by a third party that the Customer or AOES acquires as part of renting the Equipment and AOES will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer in connection with such Third Party Terms.
THIRD PARTY GOODS AND SERVICES. (a) If providing the Equipment to the Customer requires Your Site Hire & Sales to acquire goods or services supplied by a third party, the Customer’s rental of the Equipment may be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party (‘Third Party Terms’).
(b) The Customer agrees to any Third Party Terms applicable to any goods or services supplied by a third party that the Customer or Your Site Hire & Sales acquires as part of renting the Equipment and Your Site Hire & Sales will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer in connection with such Third Party Terms.
THIRD PARTY GOODS AND SERVICES. (a) If providing the Race Car to the Participant requires RaceAway to acquire goods or services supplied by a third party, including but not limited to any race tracks, the Participant’s rental of the Race Car will be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party, including no refund clauses (Third Party Terms).
(b) The Participant agrees to any Third Party Terms applicable to any goods or services supplied by a third party that the Participant or RaceAway acquires as part of renting the Race Car and RaceAway will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Participant in connection with such Third Party Terms; and
