THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING. The Zing Platform may, from time to time, make payment processing and related services offered by third-party providers available to You. In such instances, receiving, holding, and settling payments on the Zing Platform will be handled by the applicable third party and not by JM. You acknowledge that Your ability to use or obtain payment processing services through the Zing Platform, and JM's performance of its obligations or exercise of its rights, privileges, or remedies hereunder, do not establish JM as a payment processor, payment facilitator, money transmitter, seller of checks, or other money service business accepting payment from Customers for transmittal to Participants. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, as between You and JM, we shall not be responsible or liable to You for any act or omission by a third-party provider in connection with payments initiated through or in connection with the Zing Platform. You acknowledge that the access to and use of payment-related functionalities offered by third-party providers are subject to and governed by the applicable third party’s terms and conditions. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable third party's terms and conditions. If XX receives notice or otherwise learns that You have violated or breached a third party’s terms and conditions, JM shall have the right to take such actions that we deem appropriate, in JM's sole discretion, for purposes of compliance and performance of such terms and conditions. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, disabling certain or all transactions from Your Market, removing certain payment methods, or terminating Your access or use privileges with respect to the Zing Platform. JM may share Your personal or transactional information with third-party providers for purposes relating to offering payment processing services to You.
THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING i. Global Femic Services Limited may, at its sole discretion cooperate and utilize Third party (3rd Party) Payment Processors to receive some of the clients’ deposits or funding for the purpose of crediting clients’ trading accounts. This may include Payment Service Providers such as Visa, Master, E-Wallets, Bank Wires, and so on.
ii. Global Femic Services Limited may from time to time cooperate or cease to cooperate with certain 3rd Party Payment Processors for any reason and purpose deemed suitable by its Management Team. It is the Clients’ responsibility to ensure that the Payment Processor processing the transaction is indeed appointed by Global Femic Services Limited.
iii. Global Femic Services Limited is not and shall not be held responsible for any damages and/or liabilities caused by the failure of the transaction between Client and 3rd Party Payment Processors, and shall not be held liable for the compensation, refund, discount, or any such damages as deemed necessary by Client towards their payment transactions or dealings between Client and 3rd Party Payment Processors.
iv. Clients using 3rd Party Payment Processors are advised to conduct transactions bearing full awareness of these Terms & Conditions and are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions upon signing up with Global Femic Services Limited.

(i) Axel Private Market Limited may, at its sole discretion cooperate and utilize Third party (3rd Party) Payment Processors to receive some of the clients’ deposits or funding for the purpose of crediting clients’ trading account. This may include Payment Service Providers such as Skrill, Neteller, Visa, Master, E-Wallets, Bank Wires and so on.
(ii) Axel Private Market Limited may from time to time cooperate or cease to cooperate with certain 3rd Party Payment Processors for any reason and purpose deemed suitable by its Management Team. It is the Clients’ responsibility to ensure that the Payment Processor processing the transaction is indeed appointed by Xxxx Private Market Limited.
(iii) Axel Private Market Limited is not and shall not be held responsible for any damages and/or liabilities caused by the failure of transaction between Client and 3rd Party Payment Processors, and shall not be held liable for the compensation, refund, discount, or any such damages as deemed necessary by Client towards their payment transactions or dealings between Client and 3rd Party Payment Processors.
(iv) Clients using 3rd Party Payment Processors are advised to conduct transactions bearing full awareness of this Terms & Conditions and are deemed having read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions upon signing up with Axel Private Market Limited.

(ii) Elite Strategies Corporation Pty Limited may from time to time cooperate or cease to cooperate with certain 3rd Party Payment Processors for any reason and purpose deemed suitable by its Management Team. It is the Clients’ responsibility to ensure that the Payment Processor processing the transaction is indeed appointed by Elite Strategies Corporation Pty Limited.
THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING. 20.1 IOTA Markets Limited may, at its sole discretion cooperate and utilize third party (3rd Party) payment processors to receive clients’ deposits or funding for the purpose of crediting clients’ trading account. This may include payment service providers such as Skrill, Netell- er, Visa, Master, E-wallets, Bank Wires and so on. At the current moment, IOTA Markets Limited utilizes Bank Wire services provided by Offshore Company for Bank Wiring and Telegraphic Transfers purposes.
20.2 IOTA Markets Limited may from time to time cooperate or cease to cooperate with certain 3rd Party payment processors for any reason and purpose deemed suitable by its Management Team. It is the Clients’ responsibility to ensure the payment processor processing the transaction is indeed appointed by IOTA Markets Limited.
20.3 IOTA Markets Limited is not and shall not be held responsible for any damages and/or liabilities caused by failure of transaction between Client and 3rd Party payment processors and shall not be held liable for the compensation, refund, discount, or any such damages as deemed necessary by Client towards their payment transactions or dealings between Client and 3rd Party payment processors.
20.4 IOTA Markets Limited does not hold 3rd Party payment processors such as Offshore Company and other payment processing partners liable for damages, fees, exchange rates and so on which are incurred before, during, or after a transaction is conducted. Vice versa, 3rd Party Payment Processors such as Offshore Tech and Intermediary Offshore company will not hold IOTA Markets Corporation Pty Limited responsible or liable for such transactions. Clients using 3rd Party Payment Processors are advised to conduct transactions bearing full awareness of this Terms & Conditions and are deemed having read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions upon signing up with IOTA Markets Limited.
THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING. Customers may utilize a third-party payment processor as a means of payment for a Cloud Data Service and use of such processors will be subject to the processor’s own terms and conditions. NetApp reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change the permitted methods of payment, including without limitation, the credit cards and/or other types of payment options NetApp will accept, at any time. NetApp is not responsible for, and Xxxxxxxx agrees to hold NetApp harmless from and against, any liability resulting from the acts or omissions of any third-party payment processor.

THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING. For the processing of electronic payments (including bank-to-bank payments, credit card, etc.), the Company may submit material(s) and or application(s) to partner third-party payment processors on behalf of the Customer. Upon approval, the Company will enable the partner processors’ intake form/system within the Customer’s subscription portal. The Customer acknowledges that Company makes no guarantee Customer will be approved by any third party, and approval is subject to each third party’s sole discretion, including, to the extent applicable, its due diligence and compliance policies and procedures. Use of payment processing service(s) is further contingent on the mutual acceptance by Company and Customer of each third party’s respective fees, to be included as an addendum to this agreement and/or presented to Customer for acceptance from time to time (including fees for merchant processing account and ongoing maintenance, which may be applied on a per-issuer basis). Note holdback periods may apply for electronic payment transfer methods, as enforced by processors. Company shall not be deemed responsible for delivery or any interruption or cessation of any services provided by any third party. That transaction must clear prior to being made available to Customer. US Federal regulations provide investors with 60 days to recall funds. Customer remains liable to immediately and without protestation or delay return to Company any funds recalled by investors for whatever reason. Company reserves the right to deny, suspend or terminate participation in the offering of any investor to the extent Company, in its sole discretion, deems it advisable or necessary to comply with applicable laws or to eliminate practices that are not consistent with laws, rules, regulations, best practices, or the protection of its reputation.
