Third Party Personal Financial Management Software. Customer may, at its option and in its discretion, access certain Accounts and Bank information related thereto via PFM Software which Customer has purchased from a software manufacturer, or a retailer of Customer’s choice. Customer’s use of PFM Software is at Customer’s risk and is governed by the software license agreements between Customer and the third party from whom it was acquired it. Customer agrees to use the PFM Software according to the license agreement and any instructions or guidance from such third party. Customer is responsible for the correct set-up and installation of the PFM Software and use of the PFM Software according to any and all instructions or guidance provided. Customer may download information into your PFM Software from certain Accounts. Some but not all Account information may be downloaded into your PFM Software. The Accounts for which these options are available will be identified by Bank. The Bank may also add to, modify, or delete, or limit any feature of your ability to access Account and related Bank information via an interface through PFM Software, in its sole discretion from time to time. The following additional terms and conditions apply to any use of PFM Software to access your Accounts: (i) Account statements that we generate are the official record of account information, including transactions and balances, and the information you download in to your PFM Software is for your informational purposes only and is not considered an official record of your Account. (ii) Account information won’t necessarily reflect banking, financial, or investment activities and transactions that have not yet been completed or settled, and will only reflect the account information in your Accounts at the exact point in time that you download the information. (iii) Account information in your Accounts may reflect transactions as of a prior time period and may not be current when you download the information. (iv) The Bank won’t automatically update Account information that you download to your PFM Software. You will have to update applicable Account information by downloading more current information from your accounts. (v) Customer’s use of any PFM Software is subject to provisions of this Agreement regarding information security, indemnification and limitations of liability. About This Service. • You may access Online Banking via Personal Financial Management Software, which you must purchase from the software manufacturer, or a retailer of your choice. In this section we shall refer to the Personal Financial Management Software simply as the "PFM Software." • Your use of PFM Software is governed by the software license agreements between you and the third party from whom you acquired it and you agree to use the Software according to the license agreement and any instructions or guidance from such third party. • You are responsible for the correct set-up and installation of the PFM Software and use of the PFM Software according to any and all instructions or guidance provided. b. Online Banking Access. • You may download information into your PFM Software from certain Accounts. • Some but not all Account information may be downloaded into your PFM Software. • The Accounts for which these options are available will be identified on the Website. • We may also add to, modify, or delete any feature of your ability to access the Service through your PFM Software. c. Limitations About Information Obtained Using This Service. You understand and agree that: • Account statements that we generate are the official record of account information, including transactions and balances, and the information you download in to your PFM Software is for your informational purposes only and is not considered an official record of your Account. • Account information won't necessarily reflect banking, financial, or investment activities and transactions that have not yet been completed or settled, and will only reflect the account information in your Accounts at the exact point in time that you download the information (for example, trades that have not yet been settled may not be reflected). • Account information in your Accounts may reflect transactions as of a prior time period and may not be current when you download the information. • We won't automatically update Account information that you download to your Software. You will have to update the Eligible Account information by downloading more current information from your accounts.

  • Financial Management System Subrecipient shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles. Contractor’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following: i. Information pertaining to tuition rates, payments, and educational assistance payments; and

  • Shareholder Information Services (i) Make information available to shareholder servicing unit and other remote access units regarding trade date, share price, current holdings, yields, and dividend information. (ii) Produce detailed history of transactions through duplicate or special order statements upon request. (iii) Provide mailing labels for distribution of financial reports, prospectuses, proxy statements or marketing material to current shareholders. (iv) Respond as appropriate to all inquiries and communications from shareholders relating to shareholder accounts.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Shareholder Internet Services The Transfer Agent shall provide internet access to the Fund’s shareholders through a designated web site (“Shareholder Internet Services”), which will be accessed by the Fund’s shareholders via a link on the Fund’s web site. The Shareholder Internet Services will be provided pursuant to established procedures and will allow shareholders to view their account information and perform certain on-line transaction request capabilities. The Shareholder Internet Services shall be provided at no additional charge, other than the transaction fees currently being charged for the different transactions as described on the Fee Schedule. The Transfer Agent reserves the right to charge a fee for this service in the future.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes. 11.2 We may (i) compile statistical and other information related to the performance, operation and use of the Services, and (ii) use data from the Services in aggregated form for security and operations management, to create statistical analyses, and for research and development purposes (clauses i and ii are collectively referred to as “Service Analyses”). We may make Service Analyses publicly available; however, Service Analyses will not incorporate Your Content, Personal Data or Confidential Information in a form that could serve to identify You or any individual. We retain all intellectual property rights in Service Analyses. 11.3 We may provide You with the ability to obtain certain Oracle Software (as defined below) for use with the Services. If we provide Oracle Software to You and do not specify separate terms for such software, then such Oracle Software is provided as part of the Services and You have the non-exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use such Oracle Software, subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order (except for separately licensed elements of the Oracle Software, which separately licensed elements are governed by the applicable separate terms), solely to facilitate Your use of the Services. You may allow Your Users to use the Oracle Software for this purpose, and You are responsible for their compliance with the license terms. Your right to use any Oracle Software will terminate upon the earlier of our notice (by web posting or otherwise) or the end of the Services associated with the Oracle Software. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Oracle Software is licensed to You under separate terms, then Your use of such software is governed by the separate terms. Your right to use any part of the Oracle Software that is licensed under the separate terms is not restricted in any way by this Agreement.

  • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.

  • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 20% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS3Guide local loop charges for DS-0, DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a D&E Customer is served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, subject to any call blocking feature used by D&E, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Services Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.3 D&E shall have the option to route Voice Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Services platform(s) connected to Verizon’s network. In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route Voice Information Services Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. 5.4 D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects charges for such calls from its own Customers. 5.5 For variable rated Voice Information Services Traffic (e.g., NXX 550, 540, 976, 970, 940, as applicable) from D&E Customers served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Services or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element, D&E shall either (a) pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, or (b) enter into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers. 5.6 Either Party may request the other Party provide the requesting Party with non discriminatory access to the other party’s information services platform, where such platform exists. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. 5.7 In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route information services traffic originated on its network to Verizon.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.
