Thursday - Preschedule Day for Friday and Saturday. Friday - Preschedule Day for Sunday and Monday Exceptions to this standard Monday through Friday Preschedule Day timetable are presently set forth by the WECC in order to accommodate holidays, monthly transitions and other events. Exceptions are posted on the WECC website (xxx.xxxx.xxx) under the document title, “Preschedule Calendar.” Each Day-Ahead Availability Notice shall clearly identify, for each hour, Seller’s forecast of all amounts of Available Capacity pursuant to this Agreement. If the Available Capacity changes by at least one (1) MW (AC) as of a time that is more than fourteen (14) hours prior to the Preschedule Day but prior to the CAISO deadline for Day-Ahead Schedules, then Seller must notify Buyer of such change by telephone and shall send a revised notice to Buyer’s internet website. Such Notices shall contain information regarding the beginning date and time of the event resulting in the change in Available Capacity, the expected end date and time of such event, the expected Available Capacity in MW (AC), and any other necessary information.   • Holiday Falling on Saturday or Sunday For an employee whose normal workweek is from Monday to Friday and when any of the above-noted holidays falls on a Saturday and is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday will be deemed to be the holiday. When a holiday falls on a Sunday and it is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday (or Tuesday, where the preceding section already applies), will be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.

  • Saturday and Sunday Work Week: Five (5) consecutive days per week, Sunday to Saturday. Work Day: Seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per day. Any shift starting after 12:01 p.m. will receive a shift premium in accordance with Article 13.01 ii).
