Ticketing Equipment. 11.6.1 The Operator shall be responsible for the supply, operation and maintenance of Ticketing Equipment, which shall be to the requirements of the Authority and so approved by the Authority, or the Authority may provide Ticketing Equipment to the Operator, and require the use of the Ticketing Equipment on Network Buses. 11.6.2 The Authority may supply the Operator with new Ticketing Equipment, and require the Operator to use the new Ticketing Equipment in operating the Services in accordance with the Authority’s requirements. 11.6.3 In the event that the Authority provides Ticketing Equipment to the Operator for use on Network Buses, the Authority will require the Operator to operate and maintain the Ticketing Equipment to the appropriate industry standard. 11.6.4 The Operator shall ensure that the Ticketing Equipment caters for any changes to fares, the fare structure, ticket types and products in a timely manner. 11.6.5 The Operator shall be responsible for the recording and storage of Ticketing Equipment transaction data. 11.6.6 The Operator shall make Ticketing Equipment transaction data available to the Authority in a timely manner, in accordance with requirements set out in Schedule18: Records and Reporting Requirements, and other requirements that the Authority may set out from time to time. 11.6.7 The Operator shall co-operate fully with the Authority and its agents or contractors in respect of the introduction of any new types of Ticketing Equipment and, where appropriate, the installation of the same on the Network Buses and at the Operator’s depots and other locations as appropriate.

Ticketing Equipment. (a) The Operator must ensure that Ticketing Equipment is operational on all Contract Buses at all times during the Term. (b) The Operator acknowledges that TfNSW: (i) is at the date of this Contract introducing new Ticketing Equipment, as contemplated in the ETS Agreement; (ii) may introduce during the Term new Ticketing Equipment, and agrees to comply with Clause 12.2. (c) If Ticketing Equipment has been installed by or on behalf of TfNSW on a Contract Bus prior to the commencement of this Contract, the Operator must comply with its obligations in relation to Existing Systems and Equipment, outlined in Clause 12.3. (d) If no Ticketing Equipment has been installed by or on behalf of TfNSW on a Contract Bus, the Operator must: (i) maintain existing Ticket validation systems which are capable of issuing and validating all Tickets issued by the Operator and recording data to enable the Operator to comply with the reporting requirements set out in Clause 16; and (ii) install or maintain a system to account for revenue collected from all travel and use of Tickets used on that Contract Bus, in a manner and frequency to ensure that the Operator complies with the Payment Schedule.
Ticketing Equipment. 11.1 The arrangements for Ticketing Equipment to be used on the Services shall be as set out in Schedule XB as varied from time to time by the Corporation. 11.2 The provisions of clauses 4.6, and 4.8 to 4.16 inclusive shall apply to all Ticketing Equipment provided pursuant to Schedule X. 11.3 The Operator shall comply with the “London Buses Ticketing Equipment- An Operator’s Guide” (as set out in Annex C).
Ticketing Equipment. 16.1 Within the Term of the Contract, the company shall supply Ticketing Equipment of such type as the NTC in its reasonable opinion considers necessary for the Company to operate the Services.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.

  • MEASURING EQUIPMENT 1. Seller will maintain and operate, atlts own, expense and atthe point of delivery of gas hereunder, a meter or meters and othernecessary equipment by which the volume of gas delivered hereunder shall be measured. Such meters and equipment shall remain the property of the Seller. 2. Buyer agrees lo furnish to Seller electricity for operating Seller's meters, at not cost to Seller. 3. All installatioo of measuring equipmenL applying to or effecting deliveries hereunder, shall be rnade in such manner as to perrnit an accurate detenninalion of the quantity of gas delivered and ready verification of the accuracy of measurement Orifice meter Installations, If used, shall oonforrn lo the recommendation for design and lnstallatioo contained in the Gas Measurement Commiltee Report No. 3 to the American Gas Association published April, 1955, and any modificatioos and amendments thereof and shall include the use of flange connections. 7. Measurement on Seller's meter or meters shall be conclusive of both parties except where the meter Is defective or fails to register, or if found in E)rror, in either of which case Seller shall repair or replace the meter and the quantity of gas delivered while the meter was out of order or failed to register shall be estimated: (a) By using the registration of any check meter If installed and accurately registering, or, In the absence of (a): (b) By correcting the error If the percentage of error by calibration, test or mathematical calculation, or, in the absence of both (a) and (b) then: (c) By estimating the quantity of delivery from deliveries during periods under similar oonditions when the meter was registering actUrately; and an appropriate billing adjusbnentshall be made In accordance with the current Rules and Regulations governing gas systems issued by the Commission. 8. Seller will maintain its meters in .good order and to this end Wiii make periodic tests of its meters pursuant to the current Rules and Regulations governing gas systems issued by the Commission, or at such shorter intervals as seem to Seller desirable. lfBuyer Is dissatisfied with the accuracy at eny time, it may call upon Seller to have Iha meter tested in accordance with all regulatioos relating to such tests and results of such tesls as found in the current Rules and Regulations governing gas systems issued by the Commission. 9. Each party shall preserve all records for aperiod of at least two (2) years.

  • Testing of Metering Equipment Connecting Transmission Owner shall inspect and test all of its Metering Equipment upon installation and at least once every two (2) years thereafter. If requested to do so by NYISO or Developer, Connecting Transmission Owner shall, at Developer’s expense, inspect or test Metering Equipment more frequently than every two (2) years. Connecting Transmission Owner shall give reasonable notice of the time when any inspection or test shall take place, and Developer and NYISO may have representatives present at the test or inspection. If at any time Metering Equipment is found to be inaccurate or defective, it shall be adjusted, repaired or replaced at Developer’s expense, in order to provide accurate metering, unless the inaccuracy or defect is due to Connecting Transmission Owner’s failure to maintain, then Connecting Transmission Owner shall pay. If Metering Equipment fails to register, or if the measurement made by Metering Equipment during a test varies by more than two percent from the measurement made by the standard meter used in the test, Connecting Transmission Owner shall adjust the measurements by correcting all measurements for the period during which Metering Equipment was in error by using Developer’s check meters, if installed. If no such check meters are installed or if the period cannot be reasonably ascertained, the adjustment shall be for the period immediately preceding the test of the Metering Equipment equal to one-half the time from the date of the last previous test of the Metering Equipment. The NYISO shall reserve the right to review all associated metering equipment installation on the Developer’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s property at any time.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide ICD with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to ICD the capital equipment or provides funds for ICD to purchase it, then ICD will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to ICD for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and ICD will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

  • Computer Equipment No computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as tablets and laptop computers, or any component thereof, may be purchased with funds provided under this Contract, regardless of purchase price, without prior written approval of ADMINISTRATOR. Any such purchase shall be in accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the same inventory control conditions specified above in Subparagraphs 18.1.1 to 18.1.4, and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY upon termination of this Contract.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Leased Equipment The risk of loss or damage to leased equipment, goods or property shall not transfer to the University except as provided in §680.219, Florida Statutes. Any security interest in the leased equipment, goods or property granted to the Contractor contrary to AGO 79-72 and AGO 80-9 is null and void. Limitations of remedies provisions, which are unconscionable under applicable Florida law, are void. MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET (MSDS). In compliance with Florida Statutes, Ch. 442, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must accompany any applicable item delivered under this Agreement.
