E-LEARNING E-Learning is defined as a method of credit course delivery that relies on communication between students and teachers through the internet or any other digital platform and does not require students to be face-to-face with each other or with their teacher. Online learning shall have the same meaning as E-Learning.
Time and one Half
(i) For hours worked outside an employee’s Scheduled Daily Tour provided Scheduled Daily Tour is eight (8) hours or more. (Excluding Operator Services where 1 1/2 times is paid after shorter tours and those Operations employees who are currently paid overtime for hours worked outside their Scheduled Daily Tours).
(ii) For hours worked in excess of forty (40) regularly scheduled hours during the work week. (Excluding Operator Services where 1 1/2 times is paid after shorter tours and those Operations employees who are currently paid overtime for hours worked outside their Scheduled Daily Tours).
(iii) On a Non-Scheduled Day other than a holiday.
Time and One-Half Employees will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times their normal hourly rate of pay for additional time worked as follows:
1. In excess of eight (8) hours in any work day for a five-day, forty- hour -a-week employee; or
2. In excess of ten (10) hours in any work day for a four-day, forty- hour -a-week employee; or
3. In excess of forty (40) hours in any FLSA work week.
RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD This Agreement incorporates all the terms and conditions of the Award (AW825280CAV) as at 10 April 2006 with the exception of clauses 13, 16.2.1, 22.3.4, 22.3.5, 37.6 and 40.
TIME AND DATE Any reference to a time and date in this Agreement shall mean the time and date where the property is located.
Reasonable Time for Winding Up A reasonable time shall be allowed for the orderly winding-up of the business and affairs of the Partnership and the liquidation of its assets pursuant to Section 13.2, in order to minimize any losses otherwise attendant upon such winding-up, and the provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect between the Partners during the period of liquidation.
Distance Learning Professors teaching distance learning classes shall offer virtual student office hours as per Article 13.B.8.
Representation of Executive The Executive represents and warrants that the Executive is not under any contractual or legal restraint that prevents or prohibits the Executive from entering into this Agreement or performing the duties and obligations described in this Agreement.
Time and Attention Excluding any periods of vacation and sick leave to which the Executive is entitled, the Executive shall devote substantially all of his attention and time during normal working hours to the business and affairs of the Company and its affiliates. It shall not be considered a violation of the foregoing, however, for the Executive to (i) serve on corporate, industry, educational, religious, civic, or charitable boards or committees or (ii) make and attend to passive personal investments in such form as will not require any material time or attention to the operations thereof during normal working time and will not violate the provisions of section 10 hereof, so long as such activities in clauses (i) and (ii) do not materially interfere with the performance of the Executive’s responsibilities as an employee of the Company in accordance with this Agreement or violate section 10 of this Agreement.
Relationship Between Parties Each party will be deemed to represent to the other party on the date on which it enters into a Transaction that (absent a written agreement between the parties that expressly imposes affirmative obligations to the contrary for that Transaction):
