Time and Material Change Order. Submit itemized account and supporting data after completion of change, within time limits indicated in the Standard Form of Agreement between the Owner and the Contractor. The City will determine the change allowable in Contract Sum and Contract Time as provided in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall maintain detailed records of Work accomplished on Time and Material basis and shall provide full information required for evaluation of proposed changes, and to substantiate costs for changes in the Work.

Time and Material Change Order. Submit an itemized account and supporting data after completion of the change, including timeslips signed by Owner’s representative, within the time limits indicated in the Conditions of the Contract. The Design Agent will determine the change allowable in the Contract Sum and Contract Time as provided in the Contract Documents. Only Owner-representative-signed timeslips will be considered.
Time and Material Change Order. A Time and Materials Change Order, unilaterally issued by the City, shall instruct Design-Builder to perform Work, indicating expressly the intention to treat the items as changes in the Work, and setting forth the kind, character and limits of the Work as far as they can be ascertained, the terms under which changes to the Contract Price and Contract Time, if any, will be determined and the not to exceed estimated cost of the change. Upon final determination of the allowable costs, the Change Order shall be finalized to set forth the final adjustment to the Contract Price. Turnkey Contract Basis. The Design-Builder agrees to provide a completely finished facility ready for occupancy and use in accordance with the requirements of the design Documents, not to exceed the Contract Price, within the Contract Time, and the Design-Builder assumes all risks relating to cost overruns, defects and delays arising from the design and/or the method of construction.

  • Change Order The Change Order is then submitted to the Project Manager who immediately processes the CO with OPC as required by Bulletin 3.5 and BGS’ Contracting Plan.

  • Time and Materials If this contract is designated as a Time and Materials contract, invoicing and payment shall be as follows: (a) Consultant shall submit invoices, not more often than once a month during the term of this agreement, based on the cost for work performed in accordance with the Rate Schedule in the Scope of Work and authorized reimbursable expenses incurred prior to the invoice date.   • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).

Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Contract Task Order A- E shall be assigned work via a task order by COUNTY which shall subsequently be referred to as the “Contract Task Order” (hereinafter “CTO”). A CTO for each project shall be developed by A-E in conjunction with COUNTY Project Management staff. The County Project Manager shall manage all A-E’s work including monitoring the CTO work schedule, quality of deliverables, review of invoiced amounts, adherence to set budget, and internal review of submittal packages. A-E shall follow all requirements as outlined in the CTO; this general Scope of Work, the project specific Scope Statement, and the Architect-Engineer Guide (Rev July 2018). The CTO shall include a detailed Scope Statement, describing tasks to be performed with a specific list of deliverables for each task, schedule of work and cost to complete the work. The schedule of work shall allow enough time for meetings with County Management staff to review the work progress, provide technical and policy direction, resolve problems and ensure adherence to the work completion schedule. The CTO shall include a cover sheet provided by County Project Management staff with the appropriate signature blocks and contract information. Once both Parties agree, and all Parties have signed the CTO, County Management staff shall provide A-E with a Notice to Proceed (NTP) to begin work. A-E shall submit all plans, reports and other documents produced under the CTO to the assigned County Project Manager within the timeframe indicated in the CTO or as directed by County Project Management staff.

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Scope of Works (a) Users with an appropriate licence type may be able to create and access Scope of Works. (b) The parties acknowledge and agree that: (i) any wording contained in a Scope of Works is established by the Customer, is customisable and within the Customer's absolute control; (ii) Users make decisions within ProcurePro on how to draft Scope of Works and ProcurePro is not responsible for those decisions; (iii) the Supplier is not liable for the Customer's use or reliance upon any Scope of Works; and (iv) the Supplier is not responsible for controlling the use, copying, modification or export of a Scope of Works by any User to which the Customer allows access to that Scope of Works.

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.
