An electronic document issued by the Undersigned whose correctness has been confirmed by the re-confirmation mechanism provided by the Bank according to Paragraph 1 of Article 7 of these Special Terms and Conditions, once transmitted to the Bank, shall not be withdrawn; provided, however, that a scheduled transaction not yet due may be withdrawn and modified within the time limit specified by the Bank. If, after an electronic document is transmitted to the Bank via the Internet for processing by the Bank’s computer, it is not during the business hours of the Bank, the Bank shall inform the Undersigned with an electronic document, and such transaction shall be automatically postponed to the next working day or shall be handled by using other methods agreed upon.
