TIME OFF FOR UNION REPRESENTATIVES. 7.01 The Union executive board member or their alternate shall obtain the permission of their supervisor before leaving their work to investigate a complaint or grievance within their area of jurisdiction or to meet with management for the purpose of dealing with complaints or grievances. Any such permission required shall not be unreasonably withheld.
