Timeframes and Staffing for Processing and Review. The City agrees that expeditious processing of Ministerial Permits and Approvals and Discretionary Actions, if any, and any other approvals or actions required for the Project are critical to the implementation of the Project. In recognition of the importance of timely processing and review of Ministerial Permits and Approvals, the City agrees to work with Developer to establish time frames for processing and reviewing such Ministerial Permits and Approvals and to comply with timeframes established in the Project Approvals. The City agrees to expedite all Ministerial Permits and Approvals and Discretionary Actions requested by Developer to the extent practicable, if any. Developer agrees to pay any applicable fee for expedited review and processing time.

Timeframes and Staffing for Processing and Review. The City shall expedite processing of all Project Approvals (including staff review and processing as well as actions by boards and commissions if any) and any other approvals or actions requested by the Company or otherwise required to develop and operate the Project as contemplated herein. The City shall process all Project Approvals within ten (10) business days after it receives the application or formal request therefor; provided that such ten (10) business day period shall be tolled for any period when the City is awaiting revisions or additional information from the Company that is necessary for the City to process such applications. The City shall assign a dedicated building inspector promptly to perform review of any plans and all inspections required for the construction and occupancy of the Project.

  • Mechanisms for Cooperation 1. Pursuant to Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties hereby establish a Committee on Cooperation comprising representatives of each Party. 2. The Parties will designate nationals contact points to facilitate communication on possible cooperation activities. The contact points will work with government agencies, business sector representatives and educational and research institutions for the operation of this Chapter. 3. The Parties shall use diplomatic channels to promote dialogue and cooperation consistent with this Agreement. 4.   • Monitoring and Review 5.1 The Council and the BID Company shall set up the Standard Services Review Panel within 28 days from the date of this Agreement the purpose of which shall be to:

  • Project Delivery Order Procedures The TIPS Member having approved and signed an interlocal agreement, or other TIPS Membership document, may make a request of the awarded vendor under this Agreement when the TIPS Member has services that need to be undertaken. Notification may occur via phone, the web, email, fax, or in person. Upon notification of a pending request, the awarded vendor shall make contact with the TIPS Member as soon as possible, but must make contact with the TIPS Member within two working days. Scheduling of Projects Scheduling of projects (if applicable) may be accomplished when the TIPS Member issues a Purchase Order and/or an Agreement or Contract that will serve as “the notice to proceed” as agreed by the Vendor and the TIPS Member. The period for the delivery order will include the mobilization, materials purchase, installation and delivery, design, weather, and site cleanup and inspection. No additional claims may be made for delays as a result of these items. When the tasks have been completed the awarded vendor shall notify the client and have the TIPS Member or a designated representative of the TIPS Member inspect the work for acceptance under the scope and terms in the Purchase Order and/or Agreement or Contract. The TIPS Member will issue in writing any corrective actions that are required. Upon completion of these items, the TIPS Member will issue a completion notice and final payment will be issued per the contractual requirements of the project with the TIPS Member. Any Construction contract prepared by the TIPS Member’s Legal Counsel may alter the terms of this subsection, “Scheduling of Projects”.

  • Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.

  • Medical Procedures 1. No teacher shall be required to perform any medical procedures (including but not limited to bandaging cuts/abrasions, gastrostomy tube feedings, tracheostomy suctioning and catheterizations) on any student.

  • Implementation and Review The Parties shall consult annually, or as otherwise agreed, to review the implementation of this Chapter and consider other matters of mutual interest affecting trade in services. If payment for the shares purchased is not received within three days after the date of confirmation the sale may be cancelled forthwith, by us or by the respective Funds, without any responsibility or liability on our part or on the part of the Funds, and we and/or the respective Funds may hold you responsible for any loss, expense, liability or damage, including loss of profit suffered by us and/or the respective Funds, resulting from your delay or failure to make payment as aforesaid.
