The Employer shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that employees receive their salaries, normally by direct deposit, in accordance with applicable RD Instructions and U.S. Treasury Department rules and regulations. B. Employees are responsible to review their Leave and Earnings Statements and to notify the Administrative Programs Director or Human Resources Manager or designee of any unexplained changes. C. Employees are responsible for arranging for the timely repayment of overpayments.
