TITLE AND SUPERSESSION. This Agreement shall be known as the Thales Australia, Explosive Ordnance Storage, Distribution and Maintenance (EO SD&M) Collective Agreement 2006 and shall wholly replace any previous agreements within the EO Services business unit.
TITLE AND SUPERSESSION. This Agreement shall be known as the Thales Australia Limited Trading as Australian Munitions Benalla and Mulwala Enterprise Agreement 2022-2025 which supersedes any previous Agreements in respect of the Benalla and Mulwala sites.

  • Change Orders and Contract Amendments 33.1 The Procuring Entity may at any time order the Supplier through notice in accordance GCC Clause 8, to make changes within the general scope of the Contract in any one or more of the following:

  • INSPECTION AND REJECTION 8.1 Purchaser shall have the right to inspect and test Products at any time prior to shipment, and within a reasonable time after delivery to the Purchaser’s Destination. Products not inspected within a reasonable time after delivery shall be deemed accepted by Purchaser.   • Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.

  • Entry into force and termination 1. This Agreement and its amendments shall enter into force 60 days after the date the Parties exchange written notifications certifying that they have completed their respective legal requirements for its entry into force or after such other period as the Parties may agree in written notification. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, it does not apply retroactively. 2. Either Party may terminate this Agreement by written notification to the other Party. This Agreement shall expire 180 days after the date of such notification.

  • TRANSFER AND SUB-CONTRACTING 31.1 This Framework Agreement is personal to the Supplier and the Supplier shall not assign, novate or otherwise dispose of or create any trust in relation to any or all rights and obligations under this Framework Agreement or any part thereof without the Approval.

  • F4 Transfer and Sub-Contracting F4.1 Except where clauses F4.5 and F4.6 both apply, the Contractor shall not transfer, charge, assign, sub-contract or in any other way dispose of the Contract or any part of it without prior Approval. All such documents shall be evidenced in writing and shown to the Authority on request. Sub-contracting any part of the Contract shall not relieve the Contractor of any of its obligations or duties under the Contract.

  • Notification Regarding Letting/Transfer If the Allottee lets out or transfers the said Apartment, the Allottee shall immediately notify the Promoter/Association (upon formation) of the tenant’s/transferee's address and telephone number.

  • Contract Amendments No amendment to or modification or other alteration of the Contract shall be valid or binding upon the State unless made in writing, signed by both parties and, if applicable, approved by the Connecticut Attorney General.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
